Britain’s Got Talent winner Sydnie Christmas ‘receives shock offer from musical legend as she gets set to head to Hollywood’
Britain’s Got Talent winner Sydnie Christmas has reportedly received a surprise offer from a music legend.
The 29-year-old singer from Gravesend has been asked by Canadian music producer, film composer and music director David Foster to perform at the concert in honour of his 75th birthday.
The Sun announces that the big party and concert will take place at The Hollywood Bowl in November.
They claim she will sing her single My Way in a line-up that also includes Andrea Bocelli, Michael Bublé and Jennifer Hudson.
A source told the publication: ‘It’s a huge deal for Sydnie. She can’t wait, of course, but is also nervous at the thought of performing with some of her icons.

‘David saw her perform on BGT and fell in love with her. He wanted her on the bill straight away.
‘Plans are now being developed.’
MailOnline has reached out to a representative for Sydnie for comment.
This comes after it was announced last month that Sydnie would also play a role in ITV’s big Christmas party.
Show bosses are sticking to the theme for the 2024 festive season as they put the winner of BGT 2024 front and centre in their December 25 programme, according to the SuN.
It is believed that the winner of the competition will be given her own show, which will see the singer perform a number of festive favourites as well as her own Christmas song.
A TV insider said: ‘Sydnie could become ITV’s very own Mariah Carey.
‘Her team is in talks with top executives about creating a show for Christmas, a kind of old-fashioned variety special.
“Her name clearly ties in with Christmas, so it would be a spectacular, festive spectacle.”
Last year, ITV broadcast festive specials of The Masked Singer on Christmas Day, as well as the soap operas Coronation Street and Emmerdale.

But ITV lost out to the BBC in the annual ratings battle, as the channel presented specials of Strictly and Doctor Who.
Christmas came early for Sydnie in June when she won £250,000 after winning BGT with her rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow.
The former PT became the show’s favourite after judge Amanda Holden pressed her Golden Buzzer to guarantee the singer a spot in the live shows.
ITV will showcase her talents once again at the Royal Variety Performance, which will air later this year, as part of her prize for winning the title.
Earlier this month, Sydnie released her first single Starlight Express in preparation for her upcoming album, My Way, due out in late September.
The work consists of the songs Over The Rainbow, My Way and Tomorrow, which pay tribute to Sydnie’s enchanting auditions.
She is preparing for her first ever tour, which will see her perform 15 shows across the country in October, starting in Gateshead and ending in Liverpool.
Speaking about her concerns ahead of the live shows, Sydnie said: ‘I’ve never done anything like this before, so this is the first time. I hope it goes really well, I pray it goes well.

‘I’ll try to show everyone who I am as best as I can and that’s really my only story with this tour, so I hope it goes really well… I’m terrified and excited.
‘I feel under a lot of pressure as the winner of Britain’s Got Talent. It’s hard to believe that people will buy tickets.
‘That’s my insecure side, I worry about it.
“I still can’t believe that people liked what I did and voted and it’s the same, I can’t believe that people would spend their hard earned money on tickets. I hope they do and come and see the show and continue this journey.”
