Britain’s Got Talent viewers claim show is ‘fixed’ as judges break Golden Buzzer rules AGAIN

Viewers of Britain’s Got Talent have claimed the show is ‘fixed’.

During Saturday night’s episode of the competition, the judges – Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli – break the Golden Buzzer rules again.

Despite only being allowed to award five Golden Buzzers during the series, the panel awarded an eighth, leaving fans to wonder, “Why was the gold paper loaded?”

Musa Motha appeared on stage and first explained that he had to have a leg amputated in his youth due to cancer before impressing with his fantastic dancing skills using crutches.

The crowd chanted for the Golden Buzzer, with the judges insisting they couldn’t spend more, but finally gave in and all four hit the buzzer, sending confetti raining down.

Viewers quickly took to Twitter to express their speculation that the emotional moment may not have been as authentic as portrayed.

One person furious: “You ruined this year’s show by giving 3 extra gold buzzers so 8 in total why not just give everyone a gold buzzer I also wonder how good it is when last weeks and this weeks had confetti, but the one from 2 weeks ago had no confetti? #BGT.’

‘Soooo solved! If they’re out of gold buzzers and know they can’t do another act with the gold buzzer, why the fuck did they fill that thing with the gold confetti stuff?!? #BritainsGotTalent #BGT #BGT2023,’ another asked.

Someone else asked, ‘What’s the plan for next year for #BGT? If you don’t get a golden buzzer you don’t continue? #Britain’s GotTalent.’

“Why was confetti loaded when all the gold buzzers were on? #GoldenBuzzer #BGT,” another baffled viewer asked while another insisted, “#BGT is so contrived. The guy was great, but if they weren’t expecting any more Golden Buzzers, why was the gold paper ready to fall?’

‘#BGT What a bunch of b**locks! So anyone with a sad story gets a golden buzzer now, right?’ someone else tweeted, while another sarcastically wrote, “Thank God they refilled the confetti for the Golden Buzzer which they definitely couldn’t use. #BGT.’

Last week, Britain’s Got Talent saw a shocking plot twist after head judge Simon broke the show’s strict rules for dance troupe Unity.

The college friends, aged between 16 and 25, wowed the judges with their impeccable choreography and synchronized dance moves.

Eight!? The audience chanted for the Golden Buzzer, with the judges insisting they couldn't hand out more, but finally gave in and all four hit the buzzer together.

But most powerful of all was the incredible message behind their performance – called ‘I will’, showing the importance of embracing who they are.

A member of the group, who has Down syndrome, started the dance as the center of the group.

The judges and audience were moved to tears by the emotional performance, with even notoriously stern Judge Simon appearing with tears in his eyes.

The crowd started chanting for a gold buzzer, but Simon had already used his gold buzzer and Bruno had also used two buzzers – after not realizing he was only allowed one.

Simon said, “I thought you were actually amazing. The way you delivered your message was so strong. Look, we’re out of gold buzzers.’

But sometimes I just feel like you have to break the rules!”, dramatically pressing the button as gold sparkles rain down on the ecstatic group.
