‘Charles would have loved it!’: Britain’s Got Talent judges are blown away by HYSTERICAL royal themed nursery rhyme during special show to celebrate historic coronation
Britain’s Got Talent judges were blown away by a group of talented schoolchildren during the show’s Coronation special on Saturday.
When teacher Banji took the stage, he was joined by his class as they revealed their dream of performing for King Charles himself – with the prize being a slot of the Royal Variety performance.
The group then left the audience screaming for more with an incredible song and dance as they imagined being Monarch for a day in the pre-recorded show.
From never-ending supplies of pizza to sacks of pocket money, one boy even got a huge cream pie shoved in his face during the fun routine.
The judges couldn’t contain their laughter when Amanda Holden, 52, told the young performers: ‘I think if King Charles III had been here right now, sitting upright in the coffin, he would have absolutely loved it.

While Simon Cowell, 63, usually had a stony face, he flashed a wide smile and admitted: ‘Sometimes when we see these school acts no one smiles, they’re all miserable, but this was the opposite’.
“It was brilliant, fun, very British and everything we were looking for.”
As Amanda, Bruno Tonioli, 67, and Alesha Dixon, 44, sent the group straight to the semifinals, Simon seemed unsure.
They said, ‘I need to think about this, throw pies in each other’s faces, eat pizza…’.
Before declaring: ‘That’s exactly the type of school I’d like to go to, it’s four times yes!’.
Elsewhere in the episode, 1990s TV icon Mr Blobby threw the show into chaos as he made his epic comeback.
The manic pink character tried to impress with his own unique brand of magic before falling flat on his face in front of the judges.
Blobby – who rose to fame in BBC1’s Noel Edmond’s House Party – is welcomed by a round of applause from the audience.

Wow: they were overjoyed when they heard they got three yeses
However, Judge Alesha grumbles “oh no” as soon as she sees the chaotic pink and yellow spotted icon.
As he makes his way from the stage to the panel, he tumbles with Bruno and declares ‘Mr Blobby is going to the hospital’.
He then offers Amanda a card as he tries to show his magic tricks, but fails miserably.

While the audience was in awe, head judge Simon glared at him as he seemed unimpressed.
Created by Charlie Adams, a writer on Noel’s House Party, Mr Blobby is a spherical pink figure who only communicates by uttering the word “blobby”.
He topped the UK Charts in 1993 with his Christmas hit ‘Mr Blobby’ and more recently appeared on Dancing on Ice, Loose Women and This Morning.
