Brisbane stabbing: Woman is knifed in the neck as she is rushed to hospital

A woman has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in the neck in Brisbane’s CBD.

The woman was stabbed on the corner of George Street and Turbot Street at around 1.30pm on Saturday.

She was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital with neck injuries.

Another woman has been arrested.

The Courier Mail reported that the two knew each other.

No charges have been filed.

The investigation is still ongoing.
