The Brisbane Broncos star is facing being FIRED by the club for the latest in a series of off-field incidents, including a sexual assault charge.
Brisbane Broncos forward TC Robati is staying away from all club activities after being charged with alleged driving without a license on January 26.
The 21-year-old was detained by police in the north Brisbane suburb of Stafford and received notice to appear before Brisbane Magistrates Court in March.
Robati was previously charged with sexual assault for an alleged incident at a Brisbane bar on December 21 last year.

He appeared for a mention at Brisbane Magistrates Court on January 18 with the case adjourned.
The Broncos had previously referred the alleged incident to the NRL’s integrity unit and issued a statement on 30 December in which club chief executive Dave Donaghy said the club acknowledged it was “a serious matter”. .
“The Board and I will review the matter further after TC’s court appearance in January,” Donaghy added.
The club has told AAP that no further official comment will be made in the wake of the driving charge, but that Robati remains out of the picture.
The 21-year-old is currently retired following an alleged sexual assault late last year.
Robati’s absence for an expected extended period is a blow to Brisbane’s forward stock after Kobe Hetherington suffered a torn biceps in training late last year, which will keep him out of action for the first month of the season. season.

The New Zealand-born Robati can play as a second row or midfield forward and impressed in his debut season of 2021, where he made 10 first grade appearances.
