A month after seeing a rare couple in Hollywood, Brigitte Nielsen and her fifth husband Mattia Dessì went egg hunting in Los Angeles on Easter Sunday with their four-year-old “miracle” daughter Frida.
At 59, the Danish beauty is 15 years older than the Italian bartender, and they celebrate the 19th anniversary of their first meeting in a Swiss restaurant this Wednesday.
Brigitte (born Gitte) sported her statuesque six-foot figure in white skinny jeans, matching denim jacket, pink top and baseball cap, and patterned canvas sneakers.
Nielsen — who had her eggs frozen at age 40 — wasn’t sure she’d be too exhausted to raise a toddler with her much younger husband of 16, but Frida “gives me so much energy.”
“Since she was born, I wake up excited every day,” Margaux the Agency Model wrote in a Sept. 11 essay for The Sunday times.

Brigitte also has four adult sons: Julian Winding, almost 39; Killian-Gastineau, 33; Aaron Meyer, almost 29; and Raoul Meyer Jr., 27 – with ex-husband #1 Kasper Winding, ex-fiancee Mark Gastineau and ex-husband #4 Raoul Meyer.
Two weeks ago, Nielsen – who boasts 382,000 social media followers – showed off her fantastic figure in a black one-piece swimsuit for a poolside shoot as she “totally embraces” the idea of turning 60 on July 15.
“Staying healthy has become a passion of mine,” wrote the Germany’s Next Top Model guest star.
“I’m very happy with how I look. Sure I look older – I’m older – but when I look in the mirror I think, “Man, you look good.” I used to be very hard on myself, but now I’m much nicer. I was fearless then and I am fearless now, but I am less reckless.
‘I don’t jump into a pool without first checking if there’s water in it. When I was young I used to just jump and hit my head really hard sometimes, but now I’m more mature. I learn from my mistakes.’
Brigitte maintains her youthful appeal by not smoking and drinking, eating vegetarian meals, swimming daily and exercising on the rowing machine three times a week.
Nielsen — who was once married to Sylvester Stallone for 19 months — famously underwent the famous six plastic surgeries (facelift, eyelift, liposuction, breast lift, and new teeth) on live TV for her German reality show in 2008.
Career-wise, the platinum blonde’s final appearance was as the voice of Anubis Queen in Adi Shankar’s seven-episode live action/animated superhero series The Guardians of Justice, which streamed on Netflix last year.
