Bride and Prejudice star looks worse for wear as he smokes and does a dance on Melbourne street

A bizarre video has surfaced of a former Bride and Prejudice star looking worse for wear while dancing on a Melbourne street.

Seyat Abazovski famously starred in the now-defunct Channel Seven show four years ago, which followed couples who got married despite their parents’ disapproval.

He tied the knot with Jessica Jones at the age of 20, but the couple later split amid allegations that he cheated on her.

In the video posted by TikTok star Stevey Pants, Seyat, now 24, is seen puffing on a cigarette before showing off his dance moves on a night out with friends.

“I’m fucking married on TV,” he says before interrupting some movement for the camera.

Seyat’s time on Bride and Prejudice in 2018 was anything but smooth.

Seyat’s mother, Fatima Abazovski, was famously nicknamed “the mother-in-law from hell” for her vocal distaste for Jessica.

In the first episode, Fatima said Jessica “dressed like a prostitute,” was a “s**tty party girl,” and “smelled like cats.”

Later in the season, she memorably offered her son’s then-fiance $10,000 to end the engagement and get out of their lives.

Despite Fatima’s interference, Jessica and Seyat eventually tied the knot in the finale, but their relationship fell apart shortly after the cameras stopped rolling.

Three months after getting married, Jessica announced that she and Seyat had decided to separate.

“Seyat and I are still married, but we are not together anymore,” she told her Instagram followers. “We broke up…because we’re just too different and want different things out of life.”

She later claimed that Seyat had been unfaithful and wanted her to live with him and his mother full-time, which she was unwilling to do.

‘[Seyat] cheated on me with his ex…two weeks after the show ended,” Jessica said. “I haven’t seen or talked to Seyat in months and I really don’t intend to.”

She added, “He didn’t want me to study in Townsville either.

“He wanted me to stay with his mother in his house [in Melbourne] and wasn’t willing to grow up and mature like I was.’

After trading Melbourne for Townsville following their split, Jessica focused on her career and education.

In 2019, Seyat raised concerns about his well-being after he shared two Instagram posts revealing his private struggle with depression.

He claimed that he lived like a hermit and stopped talking to friends.

He wrote, “I’ve been depressed for months and everyone needs to know the truth about me, so I’ve recently stopped going out and talking to a lot of people, but hopefully one day I’ll be myself again.”

In a separate post, Seyat continued, “As much as I’ve talked about Jess, I’m currently apologizing for it and I’m going to have to be the strong one and leave it in the past and focus on better. and bigger things.

“I would love to be mutual with you so leave it that way and also congratulations on passing your exams, you have always been a smart girl and great in your own way and I wish you all the best in life.

“I hope you will find someone one day, because they will be lucky! Good luck in the future @jessicajones.’
