Police are investigating a fatal fall from the Gotham Hotel in Manhattan, where the Playboy model and her son fell to their deaths in 2018.

Emergency services are at the hotel site in the city’s Diamond District this evening after one person was killed.

The incident happened at the Gotham Hotel, located at 16 46th Street, near Fifth Avenue. A room in Gotham costs $900 a night.

Ambulance crews were also photographed earlier this evening wheeling away what appeared to be a body bag.

The hotel was where Playboy model Stephanie Adams died after she and her seven-year-old son fell from the hotel’s 25th floor.

Adams was married to the boy’s father, Manhattan-based chiropractor Charles Nicolai, and was in the middle of an intense custody battle.

The mother and son checked into the Gotham Hotel around 6 p.m. and jumped from the 25th floor penthouse before 8:30 a.m.

Authorities said she pushed her 7-year-old son Vincent out of a 25th-floor hotel window before jumping to her death.

The two ended up on a second-floor balcony and were both pronounced dead at the scene.

A call commander, who said his name is Shaun, told the Post he suspects Adams pushed her young child out the window.

“I guess the boy went first. The mother first threw the child away and then followed him. (Guests) said they heard a light noise first and then a heavier noise,” he said. “I’m still shocked about it.”

It did not appear that Adams had left a suicide note.

Adams was paid $1.2 million by the NYPD after he sued the department over a 2006 incident in which she was thrown to the ground by an officer who falsely claimed she had pointed a gun at him.

Adams and her ex were also sued in 2013 by Dilek Edwards, a former massage therapist in Nicolai’s office.

In November 1992, Adams was the centerfold of Playboy and claimed to be the first openly lesbian Playmate at the time.

But she claims on her website that she has dated several famous men, including Elite Models founder John Casablancas, Calvin Klein supermodel Ted Stephenson and Robert De Niro.

She met her husband on Match.com and the two got engaged in 2009. Adams was the one who filed for divorce in 2017.
