Donald Trump’s lawsuit against a British company over data protection violations accusing the ex-president of “perverse sexual acts” and allegations that he bribed Russian government officials has been dismissed.

Trump sued the company founded by Christopher Steele, who in 2016 created a dossier of rumors and unconfirmed allegations about Trump that erupted in a political firestorm just before he was inaugurated.

Trump is seeking damages from Orbis Business Intelligence for allegedly breaching UK data protection laws, citing the unrest caused by the infamous dossier.

In the dossier, Steele alleged that Trump had been compromised by the Russian security service the FSB.
