A single mother of two has hit back at followers who accused her of faking her incredible 365-day transformation.

Bre Foster, 28, uploaded a video proudly showing off her postpartum transformation after having her second child, but she didn’t expect the plethora of negative comments it sparked.

Hundreds of people accused Bre of having surgery and even suggested that the photo from before was not her.

The American mom revealed that she only lost weight by exercising consistently and eating healthy, which is “a walk in the park” compared to being a mother.

Bre Foster, a 28-year-old single mother of two, hit back at followers who accused her of faking her 365-day transformation.

The clip showed a clip of Bre in early 2022 after giving birth to her second daughter, and then jumped to another clip showing a much more toned version of her in late 2022.

“Remember that if you start now, your future self will thank you,” he said.

‘Besides, your worth is not determined by how you look. But you’ll feel so much better when you focus on your health and put yourself first.

‘You’re worth it. Lastly, don’t do it for anyone but yourself, because at the end of the day it’s just you against yourself. So make it personal, because it is.

People immediately shared their doubts and accusations in the now-deleted comments section.

“Definitely not you,” said one person.

‘Is that the same person? hmmm not sure,’ another commented.

One person even accused Bre of changing her body with the help of a “great surgeon.”

‘dr. The gym is highly recommended. Side effects include endorphins, confidence, strength and stamina,” the mom replied to the troll.

What did Bre do to transform her body?

Multiple people have accused Bre of editing the clip of her in late 2022 to make her appear thinner than she actually is.

She uploaded a second raw video to show off her body from a 360-degree view, explaining that she only used the filter because her tan was “super blotchy.”

‘Yes [it is the] same person! But here is an unedited, unfiltered video for the sake of full transparency,” she said.

Hundreds of people were inspired by the transformation and asked about its results.

‘You look amazing. I can’t believe people were really skeptical about the transformation,” said one woman.

‘Please share what you did to get in such great shape! You’re beautiful!’ another wrote.

The mother shared the ‘one thing’ she heard that ‘literally changed [her] life’ and inspired her to remain dedicated to exercise.

‘You’re a mom and you do hard things every day, you can do a 30-minute workout. You can go for a mile walk. You can choose to eat healthy,’ she said.

“All these things are a walk in the park compared to what mothers do every day.”

“Compared to going through pregnancy, postpartum depression, and prenatal anxiety, working out is a walk in the park.”
