Harrowing video footage captured the moment a 15-year-old student was beaten by her classmates at a school in Brazil.
The girl, whose name has been withheld, appeared in one of the videos on Tuesday in which she spoke to a female student at Maria Mathilde Castein Castilho State School in Glicério, São Paulo.
The student could be seen grabbing her hair and forcing her to walk down the hallway before a second student joined the attack and pulled off the victim’s shirt.
The girl who initiated the assault was seen in a second video dragging the defenseless student into a crowded schoolyard and beating her before school staff broke up the fight.

Her mother, Marcia Rocha, witnessed the part of the beating, which lasted nearly two minutes, after she arrived to pick her up at the discharge.
‘My daughter was naked in front of everyone. And seeing that scene hurt, but I couldn’t do anything,” she told TV Tem. ‘I felt helpless, I couldn’t save my daughter.’
Rocha said she broke into the school and found her daughter crying.
The teen was taken to a local emergency room and treated for bruising.
Rocha’s husband filed a police report and even considered taking revenge on the bullies, according to Brazilian newspaper Metrópoles.

School officials at Maria Mathilde Castein Castilho State School in Glicério, São Paulo, placed the three girls in remote learning while they investigated the assault of a 15-year-old girl, which was caught on camera.
Rocha said her daughter recently received treatment after doctors suspected she had autism.
“Last week I didn’t take it seriously because I thought it was a teenage thing,” the concerned mother said. “Today, when I got there, I saw the fight and until now I don’t understand it.
‘I send my daughter to school with a broken heart and fear because she has autism and is persecuted and bullied at school. I don’t know who to turn to anymore,” she added.
The Birigui Education Board has opened an investigation. All three students were moved to remote learning for the remainder of the week.
