Investigators discovered that Oliveira would obtain the women's phone numbers and contact them via WhatsApp.

He socialized with them, professed his love and talked about plans to start a family.

Once the women were fully invested in him, Oliveira approached them about setting up loans under their names, financing purchases and buying goods.

Oliveira promised the women that they would be paid back within days, claiming that he was waiting for money from jobs he had completed, profits he expected from a business that was about to open or the sale of a property.

He allegedly deceived a woman into taking out a bank loan, leaving her with a loss of $1,720, and also had another woman loan him $4,350.

Another woman accused him of using her personal documents without permission to borrow $2,430 from a bank.
