Manchester United defender Telles, who is on loan at Sevilla, could need surgery with a knee problem and is expected to be out for longer, according to The Brazilian media Globo.

Telles suffered a more serious knee problem and left the field in tears during Brazil’s 1-0 loss to Cameroon on Friday night.
He was replaced by Marquinhos after 54 minutes and looked distraught as he left the field.
