Bravo is SUED by butler who alleges he was sexually assaulted and harassed during the taping of Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 2

Bravo is being sued by a man who claims he was sexually assaulted and harassed by more than one cast member while performing his duties during the filming of Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip.

In his lawsuit, butler Marco Vega said he was “sexually harassed and abused” while filming the show at Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor, claiming he was spanked on the buttocks by Phaedra Parks, 49, and that he was “with violence was stripped away” by Brandi Glanville. 51, who took off his shirt.

Bravo is also the subject of a soon-to-be-released Vanity Fair investigation into the Housewives franchise.

In court papers obtained by People And TMZthe Househusband said he had been hired for the second season of the Housewives spinoff, which was set to take place in September 2021 at Medley’s mansion in the Berkshires.

He claims the attacks occurred after a woman was hired to perform a striptease for the cast and after the show’s producers told him, “Go out there and make the women dance!”

Vega said it was at that time that Glanville told him, “Make your money, Marco. Take off your shirt. Do something!’

The lawsuit stated that cast member Jill Zarin, 59, was concerned about the large amounts of Bourbon being consumed.

“I mean Bourbon is a heavy alcohol. Something to sip and not swallow. “I’m a little scared of what’s to come,” the actress said, according to the lawsuit.

Vega said that after shooting wrapped for the night, he returned to his hotel and after telling his wife what happened, she became upset and his marriage became strained.

In a Q&A with Vega that took place after the episode aired and shared on the Brands by Bravo Instagram account, the actor responded to a comment about the shirt-ripping incident.

“I wasn’t, I’m not okay with it,” he wrote.

Another example of reported harassment occurred during the Lasagna Making episode.

Vega claimed that Glanville allegedly “drank alcohol, got drunk and even more rash, even going so far as to grope him.”

The butler said that after he refused to drink several shots of alcohol offered by Glanville, she allegedly ordered him to deliver “ck” to the other housewives, revealing bottles of wine in the shapes of penises that she kept under her bed had.’

The lawsuit alleges that Bravo had “overwhelming advance notice of Ms. GLANVILLE’s prior deviant sexual proclivities and sexually harassing behavior.”

The lawsuit introduced into evidence an incident from season two, episode 17 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, in which Glanville “sexually harassed Adrienne Malouf by attempting to have sex with her without her consent.”

“GLANVILLE told Adrienne’s husband Paul, ‘I tried to have sex with your wife, but I don’t think she wanted to,’” the court papers say.

Damages: Neither Glanville nor Parks are charged. Vega alleged that Bravo “allowed, tolerated and even encouraged” the bad behavior. He is seeking damages, attorneys’ fees, costs and more

Vega’s lawyers stated that the network was aware of Glanville’s “sexually aggressive and offensive behavior” and that it was “permitted, condoned and even encouraged.”

Vega has not sued Glanville or Parks, but he is suing Bravo and subsidiaries including Warner Brothers Entertainment, NBCUniversal Media and Peacock TV LLC.

He is seeking damages, attorneys’ fees, legal costs and damages.
