Braunwyn Windham-Burke finalizes divorce from ex Sean Burke as RHOC alumna makes plans to wed new love Jennifer Spinner: ‘I’m really excited to be able to start my next chapter’

Braunwyn Windham-Burke has finalized her divorce and is ready to move on to the next chapter in her life.

The 45-year-old reality star – who plans to marry her fiancé Jennifer Spinner, 39 – finalized her divorce from former husband Sean Burke on Friday, ending their 23-year marriage.

The deal provides the Real Housewives of Orange County alumna with the $11,000 per month she requested.

The payments include $5,000 per month in spousal support and $6,000 per month in child support for their five younger children: Jacob, 17; 10-year-old twins Caden and Curren; Koa, eight; and Hazel, five.

The former couple will share custody 50/50.

Braunwyn and Sean also share adult children, Bella, 23, and Rowan, 21.

The public figure and her husband will leave the home they share with Sean in Tennessee and move into their own home.

“We moved here and never really expected Sean to come live with us, but we all gave it a try bird nesting thing and it just doesn’t work,” Braunwyn shared People.

“So Jen and I are moving into our own house in December, and the kids will be moving back and forth. It’s within walking distance, so that’s better for everyone involved.”

On social media, the former Bravolebrity has already changed her name to Braunwyn Windham-Spinner.

She and Jennifer have been on holiday in Germany and the former stay-at-home mum shared a photo of the two of them at one of the country’s famous Christmas markets, writing: ‘Cheers to the first day of the rest of our lives I feel like I can finally breathing again.’

It was a sentiment she echoed to People, telling the paper, “Today feels like the first day of the rest of my life.”

“You know, you go through your life with everyone telling you what to do to be happy. And it gets to a certain point where you say, ‘No, actually this is what I want to do. I’m going to live for myself.’

New Names: Although not yet married, both Braunwyn and Jennifer have changed their last names to Windham-Spinner. The former RHOC star shared a photo of hers on social media and declared her ‘Officially mine’

The Californian beauty shared a photo of Jennifer, who has also changed her last name to Windham-Spinner, to Instagram Stories with the caption “Officially mine” and tagged her beau whose Instagram handle is Hashtag_Blessed.

Braunwyn, who joined RHOC in season 14, admitted at the beginning of season 15 that she had an alcohol problem.

She has since gotten sober, revealing in an essay for Glamour she did not drink while pregnant with any of her seven children.

She came out as a lesbian in December 2020.

“I’m very excited to start my next chapter.”
