Brandi Glanville has opened up about the physical and financial toll Caroline Manzo’s sexual assault case has taken on her, revealing she has lost her job and seen her health deteriorate.
Manzo, 62, has filed suit Bravo last month over her claim that production encouraged Glanville, 51, to sexually harass her during the filming of Housewives spin-off Ultimate Girls Trip in January 2023.
Glanville was disfigured last year by stress-induced angioedema as a result of the allegations – which she vehemently denies.
Now the star has revealed that the lawsuit not only caused another stress-induced flare-up, but it also cost her a job abroad.
Speaking of her Brandi Glanville Unfiltered podcast, she said, “I feel like I’ve already spent a year and not working. Now it’s the new year and a lot of good things are happening. My friends found me a job abroad. I’m not going to say what it is… and now that the news is out, I can’t do it anymore.’

When news of the lawsuit broke, the reality TV personality shared a statement exclusively with DailyMail.com, insisting that there was “no sexual assault involved.”
Manzo claimed that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum kissed her without consent and even “pushed her vagina against her back.”
Although the allegations were denied, Glanville’s statement also called out Bravo for remaining silent and not sharing any “words of support.”
“It gives me so much anxiety and I think that’s why I’ve been having the flare-ups this past week,” she told her cohost James Maas and guest Vicki Gunvalson about her ailing health.
“I’m all clenched. I’m a mess. My health is really fucked up.”
Glanville was treated for stress-induced angioedema – a condition that causes swelling under the skin – in the wake of Manzo’s initial allegations.
“I did everything I could,” she continued. ‘I went to seven doctors and I was in hospital for a few days…’
“I thought it was resolved and then Caroline filed the lawsuit – God, I can’t even talk about it!”

The mother-of-two said her ability to talk and taste food was affected by the condition, forcing her to be rushed to hospital for several days.

Glanville then recalled how she managed to find a way to make money while speaking candidly with Gunvalson about the power of OnlyFans.
The mother-of-two joined the popular subscription service platform in July 2023 and she has now admitted it was a groundbreaking decision.
Glanville said: “I joined OnlyFans because I had no income and it saved my life.
‘At the time I was desperate and when I started doing it I really felt my sexual being at 51.’
The star explained that she was happy that she didn’t have such perfect feet because it allowed her to bring in cash.
“Mine have bunions and they’re not good, but we got some money out of my feet,” she said. ‘I had to do it because my face was swollen and I could only take feet pictures.’
Throughout the podcast, Gunvalson praised the star for the way she handled the ongoing lawsuit, stressing, “You will redeem yourself. As I said on Twitter: the truth always wins.
‘You know it right? The truth is always the truth, you cannot manipulate the truth.’
Indeed, Gunvalson shared her public message of support on the social platform, writing, “You are beautiful inside and out! The truth always wins and I am confident that the stress you are going through will hopefully be over soon!!”
Fellow UGT star Camille Grammer has also spoken out in Glanville’s defense, recently writing on Instagram: ‘We all think Caroline has gone too far with this lawsuit.
“I was not in the bathroom when the alleged event occurred. What I did see were the two ladies laughing and getting along.”
In her lawsuit, Manzo alleged that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum kissed her without consent and even “forced her vagina against her back.”

This is evident from court documents obtained by Page sixManzo claims Glanville “pushed her vagina against her back” and “proceeded to mount Manzo on the couch while pinning down Manzo with her body, forcibly pressing Manzo’s cheeks together and sticking her tongue into Manzo’s mouth while fucking her .’
The documents state: “Defendants, including Bravo, regularly ply the Real Housewives cast with alcohol, cause them to become seriously intoxicated, and then direct, encourage, and/or allow them to sexually harass other cast members because that is good for the viewing figures.’
“Caroline Manzo is a victim of these harmful actions,” it added.
In her full statement in response to the lawsuit, a rep told DailyMail.com: “Unfortunately, Brandi had to wake up to yet another lawsuit involving defamatory, false allegations about her. During filming, Brandi followed what the producers asked of her, and there was no sexual assault.
“She is innocent of these absurd accusations that have weighed on her mental and physical health for far too long without expressions of support from Peacock, Shed or Bravo.”
The statement concluded: “This painful telling seems endless and must stop. She wants to move on and get her life back.”
Elsewhere, Brandi previously revealed how she continues to struggle with finding ways to repair the facial disfigurement that has occurred as a result of her health problems.
