Brandi Glanville revealed she had surgery to tighten her “mommy belly.”
And she proudly shows off her newly sculpted abs after a CellSound treatment at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 51, said: “I have real abs. I have lines on my stomach that I haven’t had since my pregnancy.’
Brandi – who recently accused Andy Cohen of sexual harassment – underwent six weekly 40-minute sessions to achieve her new look.
“I think every mother knows that after children, the elasticity of your skin will never be the same,” the mother of Mason, 20, and Jake, 16, with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, 50, shared.

The Ultimate Girls Trip star also shared a very relatable experience: She gained 20 pounds during the COVID-19 lockdowns.
“I gained 20 pounds, lost it and was left with a bag of wrinkles,” she said
‘And I really love it – I have over 200 bikinis. I do not make a joke. I’m just obsessed with them. So I want to be proud of my age and my body and just be able to sit in a bikini.’
The CellSound procedure is a patented ultrasound technology that uses therapeutic sound waves instead of thermal or freezing methods, meaning it does not damage skin cells.
‘There is no pain. I don’t like pain. I feel like I’m doing abs now. You do an abdominal muscle training. It doesn’t hurt, but it almost makes them tired,” she said of her experience with CellSound.
The treatment had another side effect: it inspired her to exercise more and take better care of herself.
“When you see that (definition), you think, ‘Okay, I can get that back.’ So it makes you want to exercise a bit and take better care of yourself.’
She did six sessions for $500 per treatment, totaling $3,000.

And for the first time in years, Brandi feels like she can show off her baby bump.
“I mean, to be honest, I haven’t worn a crop top in years, and I literally feel comfortable going out in a crop top, which is so crazy,” she said.
‘Not that I feel like everyone should do that, but I can go to work out with a crop top on and not feel like I have a mommy belly and I don’t have to sit down. So it has definitely strengthened me in that respect.”
“It’s such a small thing to get a definition like that.” added Glanville.
