Braless Ellie Goulding stuns in a pleather dress as she ditches her wedding ring at Wimbledon

Ellie Goulding appeared to have ditched her wedding ring as she made a solo outing on day seven of Wimbledon on Sunday.

The singer, 36, and art dealer Caspar Jopling, who welcomed their only child Arthur in 2021, have been the subject of reports of alleged struggles in their marriage.

Ellie made a classy appearance as she went braless in a sleeveless, pleated khaki maxi dress that pulled on a draping skirt.

She lugged her stuff around in a suede brown shoulder bag and opted for some silver hoop earrings.

The beauty accompanied by some gold fashionable rings and a simple link bracelet.

Ellie made another solo appearance sitting in the Royal Box and watching the matches on center court wearing dark sunglasses.

The Love Me Like You Do singer styled her long blonde locks into neat waves as they tumbled down her shoulders from a side parting.

It’s not the first time Ellie has been seen without her rings, as she wasn’t wearing them when she attended the Serpentine Summer Party with 31-year-old Caspar last month.

It comes after Ellie’s husband Caspar brushed aside his alleged “marital problems” with the star when he shared a picture of her on his Instagram on Monday.

Caspar proved it remains amicable when he shared two pictures of her in an Instagram album.

The art dealer wished artist Tracey Emin a happy birthday in his post and shared images of her works in the album – two of which featured Ellie posing in the galleries.

It’s not known exactly when Ellie’s photos were taken, but Caspar said in the caption that it was a collection of photos from various gallery trips “over the past decade.”

Ellie dressed casually in a dress in which she wore a navy jacket, cap and light blue jeans while standing in front of the painting.

The other saw her in the same outfit but looking at the art on the gallery wall from a different angle.

Caspar wrote in the caption, “Happy 60th birthday to the AMAZING Tracey Emin!! Here are some of the different moments I’ve spent in the presence of Tracey or Tracey’s art… over the past decade!

“Margate.. Royal Academy.. Oslo.. home.. White Cube.. London.. New York.. (many other times I didn’t have room for !!) @traceyeminstudio.”

The Daily Mail revealed last week that Ellie’s team had been trying desperately to keep her marital problems a secret, insisting that she and the Eton-educated Caspar wanted it to remain a private matter for the sake of their son Arthur, two.

But after weeks of discussions about how to reveal their split, the pop star’s team blamed their “hectic schedules” for the difficulties in their marriage.

The news came almost four years after they married in 2019 in a star-studded ceremony at York Minster with guests including Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, James Blunt, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom.

Last Tuesday, Ellie was seen without her wedding and engagement ring as she attended the Serpentine Summer Party with Caspar. The couple was pictured looking glum.

After the party, Caspar – who works for London auction house Sotheby’s – went to another party at the Chiltern Firehouse in central London without Ellie.

At the beginning of June, the couple was seen in London with their son and Ellie had a ring on her finger.

Earlier this year, social media users noticed that the pair had unfollowed each other on Instagram, though they later started following each other again.

It has been reported that they are yet to discuss the divorce and a source close to the couple told The Sun newspaper that neither has been in a new relationship.

Ellie and Caspar – the son of former Tory MP Michael Jopling, 92 – were introduced to each other in 2017 through their mutual friends – including Beatrice and Eugenie.

A year later, Caspar, who was living in New York at the time after studying at Harvard University, proposed a £70,000 engagement ring and they married in the summer of 2019.

After their wedding, they held a lavish reception at Castle Howard, North Yorkshire.
