Bradley Walsh was surprised when he came face to face with a fellow Coronation Street actor in The Chase.
The TV presenter, 63, starred in the ITV soap as Danny Baldwin from 2004 to 2006 but has since focused mainly on his hosting career.
During Monday’s episode of The Chase, Bradley introduced the audience to four new players; Nina, Florence, Chris and Scott.
Nina was the first participant and told Bradley she was working as a model booker in Warrington.
When asked how she got involved, Nina said: ‘I was already in the books as a TV extra, did some modeling myself and eventually ended up in an office.’

Bradley immediately asked her if she had ever been an extra in Coronation Street to which she said: ‘Loads of times’.
Bradley then asked, “Did you ever work on it when I was working on it?” to which Nina said: ‘No, unfortunately not’.
Bradley first came to prominence in 1997 when he fronted the hit game show Wheel of Fortune ITVbefore adding The Chase, Odd One In, Keep It in the Family and Cash Trapped to his resume.
He is currently Britain’s richest solo TV presenter and has amassed a fortune of £18.6 million.
Coronation Street was his first acting role, followed by the lead role as DS Ronnie Brooks in the police drama series Law & Order: UK, from 2009 to 2014.
For four years, from 2018 to 2022, the actor played Graham O’Brien in the BBC series Doctor Who, and in 2016 Bradley’s debut album Chasing Dreams went to number 10 in the UK charts.
Before TV fame, Bradley had a very different career, but he was still watched by thousands.

The television star started his youth football career at Wormley Rovers and turned professional at the age of 18.
At the end of 1979, Bradley signed for Brentford and also played on loan for Barnet and made five appearances in the Southern Football League in the 1979–80 season.
He also played for Tring Town, Boreham Wood and Chalfont St Peter.
However, Bradley’s football His career was cut short when he broke both ankles in quick succession in 1982 at the age of 22.
In 2012, the TV star said Air sports: ‘I have done fantastic things in my life and had fantastic jobs, but football was my life.
‘When I got injured, it was a shame. I had broken an ankle and had recovered. I was supposed to play against Plymouth Argyle on Saturday and I broke the other ankle.
“A lot of my friends still play or are involved, people like Wally Downes, Paul Walsh and Clive Allen and all those guys and I still know them all.”
