The 49-year-old Maestro director was spotted wearing shiny black sunglasses and a fashionably tousled hairstyle.
Dressed in his usual distinguished scruff, The Hangover star fended off the northeastern chill with a casual sweatshirt.
He had his phone in his hand when he was seen clambering into a black car before leaving on his final errand.
His sighting comes after he and 29-year-old Gigi Hadid, who have been romantically involved since October, enjoyed a trip to the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival.

The actor and supermodel, both based on the East Coast, flew across the country to California last weekend for the three-day extravaganza.
This year’s lineup included a formidable list of top names, including Ed Sheeran, Megan Thee Stallion, Stevie Nicks, Bebe Rexha, Nelly and Pearl Jam.
Bradley himself took the stage during Pearl Jam’s set and performed for the crowd alongside the band’s frontman Eddie Vedder.
At the beginning of this year, Bradley gave an interview to the British Film Institute and spoke about the fierce public criticism of his personal life.
“I definitely think I’m a private person,” he reflected. “But you almost have to give in to the fact that it’s impossible to be private these days.”
The Hangover star acknowledged, “So it’s more about accepting reality, rather than creating my own reality that doesn’t exist.”

In fact, she and Bradley are such close co-parents that they ended up living just a few blocks away from each other in Greenwich Village to raise their daughter.
