The 49-year-old father of one, who welcomed Lea with Shayk, 38, in 2017, looked comfy in a plain gray T-shirt and matching sweatpants.
He had an unkempt beard and covered his long, brown hair with a black Pearl Jam baseball cap.
The longtime actor even carried her light pink backpack over one shoulder when he took her out to get ice cream.

Russian supermodel Irina is currently in Italy, where she walks for brands such as Attico and Ferrari during Milan Fashion Week.
She and Cooper first dated in 2015, but split in 2019.
Bradley recently returned to New York after spending time in the Mediterranean with his girlfriend Gigi Hadid (29).
Lea joined them and was spotted with them on a banana boat off the coast of southern France earlier this month.

Shayk described her ex as “a real, active dad — not a nanny,” during a conversation with Highsnobiety.
She added: ‘Lea went on holiday with him for almost two weeks – I didn’t call them once.’
In an interview with Elle, she said that Irina and the A Star Is Born lead “always find a way” to balance their work schedules so they can divide their parenting responsibilities.
“He’s the best father Lea and I could ever imagine. It always works, but it always works because we make it work,” she raved.
