The Russian stunner and American Sniper star have frequently been spotted out and about with Lea in New York City, fueling speculation that the couple have been back together since they split in 2019.
The end of Cooper and Shayk’s four-year relationship led to a very amicable co-parenting situation, but their platonic partnership appears to be romantic once again, as they’ve grown increasingly affectionate in recent months.
