The 49-year-old Maestro star – who was also spotted with his 28-year-old girlfriend on Monday – was spotted opening the door of a yellow taxi for the model.
Gigi praised the ride, looking chic in rectangular glossy brown sunglasses and a cream crop top.
She wore a brown leather biker jacket and added blue and green fringed ombre lounge pants.
The Hangover star was dressed in an olive green jacket and matching trousers.

The long, glossy locks were neatly smoothed and secured with a pink claw clip at the back of her head.
The mother-of-one, who shares three-year-old daughter Khai with ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik, added a pair of brown Adidas sneakers to her ensemble.
She carried a small, black leather handbag and accessorized with small earrings and a thick, layered necklace.

A source told the outlet that the A Star Is Born actor — who hails from Pennsylvania — recently purchased a home in Bucks County.
The residence is reportedly close to Gigi’s mother Yolanda Hadid’s $4 million ranch in New Hope, which has a population of less than 3,000.
Yolanda moved into the 32-acre estate in 2017 and it has since become a safe haven for Gigi and her younger siblings – models Bella Hadid and Anwar Hadid.
