Brad Pitt has launched a skincare line using grapes from his vineyards in Provence, with wine and skin experts brought in to determine the most anti-aging.

But Le Domaine is new website suffered a nasty blunder as the website boasted that the products contained: ‘no conservatives’.

The funny blunder has since been corrected to read the correct statement that the products contain ‘no preservatives’.

Presumably the error was due to a bad translation, such as: ‘conservative’ means condom in French.

Before being amended, the statement read: ‘We have carefully chosen our ingredients and have drawn up a very strict blacklist excluding ingredients that are subject to controversy regarding the environment or the body’s natural balance.

‘NO Conservatives such as parabens, phenoxyethanol, MIT, triclosan, chlorphenesin, BHA & BHT.’

The brand has introduced three ‘inclusive’ – and very pricey – skincare products made with olive oil from Chateau Miraval, the French vineyard and château he bought in 2012 with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

The cleansing emulsion costs $80, while the serum costs a whopping $385 and the cream costs $320. A liquid cream, which will launch next year, will also be on sale for $310.

The products contain ‘potent properties’ from the seeds of grapes grown in a vineyard owned by Brad’s partners in Miraval, all of which aim to provide users with their own Benjamin Button-like results.

“Le Domaine wants to help slow down the process of skin aging and give everyone, regardless of gender or skin type, the opportunity to age well,” says the website about her four products.

Still, Brad insists he doesn’t want to “run away from aging,” telling Vogue it’s “a concept we can’t escape,” claiming the idea of ”anti-aging” is a “ridiculous… . fairy tale’.

“But what’s real is treating your skin in a healthy way. And it’s something I’ve learned to do for my business, but it makes you feel a little bit better,” he continued.

Speaking about his skincare range, Brad added: ‘The aim is to imitate the organic cycles of nature, her primordial beauty. There is no waste in nature.

‘Everything left over or thrown away becomes food for something else. This exemplary circular system is the inspiration for Le Domaine.’

He did confess that he didn’t always have the best skincare habits, but noted that when launching Le Domaine, he sought inspiration from someone who encouraged healthier beauty habits early in his career: ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow.

Lush: The brand has introduced three skincare products made with olive oil from Chateau Miraval, the French vineyard and château he bought in 2012 with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

‘I love what Gwyneth has done’ [with Goop],’ gushed Brad – who had dated Gwyneth for three years, from 1994 to 1997. ‘She is still a very dear friend and she built this empire.

‘She has always had that in her as a curator, and it has been a nice creative outlet for her.

“In fact, when I think about it, she was probably the first person to even get me to wash my face twice a day…maybe.”

In an interesting twist, Brad’s skincare line also has several – rather more complex – ties to his other ex Angelina Jolie, as the products are olive oil from Chateau Miraval, which he bought with his ex-wife.

In addition to the 58-year-old brand's ties to Jolie, he also confessed that he hopes to mirror the success of another former partner, Gwyneth Paltrow (pictured), gushing that he 'loves what she's done' [with Goop]'

Le Domaine’s launch comes weeks after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that a company previously owned by the actress, 47, was suing Brad for $250 million over claims he “stole” the former couple’s Miraval wine business.

A lawsuit filed by Nouvel LLC earlier this month alleges Brad tried to “secretly move assets” from their co-ownership to his friends and other companies, spending “millions on vanity projects,” including $1 million on a swimming pool. and more to a recording studio and gave half of the company’s trademarks to a friend for free.

The lawsuit is seeking damages of at least $250 million.

Angelina’s former company — through which she owned her shares in Miraval before selling it to beverage giant Stoli last year — claims Brad’s alleged plan meant she would “never see a dime” of Chateau Miraval’s “tens of millions of dollars in profits.”

Speaking of the skincare range, Brad (pictured left in 1991 and right in August) insisted he’s not trying to “run away from aging,” noting that it’s “impossible to escape.”

The lawsuit further alleges that Brad “started a multifaceted, year-long campaign to seize control of Chateau Miraval” in “retaliation” for the protracted legal battle the former couple became embroiled in after their split.

“He declared himself the rightful owner of Chateau Miraval and his twofold objectives were to appropriate the value of Angelina’s company Nouvel and obtain exclusive ownership of Chateau Miraval,” the legal documents read.

The complaint is a legal setback after Brad sued Angelina for allegedly selling her stake in Chateau Miraval illegally.

While creating the skincare line — which Brad says has been in the works for so long “I don’t remember how it originally started” — the actor once again teamed up with the Perrin family, the same winegrowers who partnered with the star and Angelina. at their popular Chateau Miraval Cotes de Provence Rose.

The former couple bought the castle together in 2012 and used it as their wedding venue in 2014.

The southern French castle has 35 rooms and 1,300 hectares of land and vineyards. The couple bought it for $25 million in 2012 through the purchase of the Luxembourg company Quimicum, in which it is held.

Initially, Brad’s firm Mondo Bongo had 60 percent of the shares and Angelina’s Nouvel 40 percent.

But Nouvel’s lawsuit says that “the couple always intended Brad and Angelina to be equal owners,” and in 2013, Brad “voluntarily” transferred 10 percent of his shares to her.

Brad has filed a lawsuit in Luxembourg alleging that 10 percent transfer was invalid. That case is pending.

While the actor did not address the lawsuit while talking about the launch of his new brand, he did open up about his favorite memories of Chateau Miraval, explaining that he spent “a good five or six weeks” at the French chateau last spring. spent it ‘specially’ for him.

“I can’t quite describe it other than the freshness in the air, the light, the… I don’t know, it’s just a real sense of peace and harmony and the nights are so restful,” he explained.

Brad also noted that his plan to launch a skincare line — which also features recycled wine barrel wood on the lids — was born of his commitment to sustainability, explaining on the Le Domaine website that he wanted to create a zero-waste product that ‘ imitated the organic cycles of nature’.
