Boyfriend stabbed to death by OnlyFans model secretly recorded her verbally abusing him

A man who was stabbed to death by his OnlyFans model girlfriend had secretly recorded her tirade of verbal abuse in the months before he was killed — including calling him the n-word.

Courtney Clenney, 26, is charged with second-degree murder after Christian Obumseli, 27, was fatally stabbed in the chest in a Miami apartment while the two were arguing on April 3.

But new evidence in the murder trial now shows that Clenney yelled racist remarks at her boyfriend — berating and cursing him in public and private — just weeks before she stabbed a knife in his chest.

In the recordings on his iPhone, the OnlyFans model calls Obumseli the n-word several times, as well as “man up b***h” and “shut up and let me slap you, dumb a**,” according to the Miami Herald.

You can hear Obumseli apologizing in the clips as they argued over him saying hello to one of his female friends while he was riding his bike.

The 26-year-old model yells assault at her boyfriend and barks at him to find her cell phone — before the audio ends with her yelling, “I want you to leave me.”

Obumseli’s family lawyer Larry Handfield said the new audio recording was “shocking” and that it shows: “A consistent pattern with someone going wild and out of control. She is the aggressor and abuser in this whole relationship.”

In another piece of evidence from the phone recordings, Clenney sternly asks her boyfriend if he’s “finished gaslighting me,” to which he replies, “Courtney, that’s a terrible threat. I asked you something… and I apologized, but you hit me.’

She can then be heard saying, ‘Shut the f**k up b***h.’

A third clip revealed an unhinged argument they had en route – after the OnlyFans model jumped out of their car. She involves a passerby and yells about Obumseli: ‘F**k you! No, you look good in front of people!’

When they get back into the car, physical blows are heard. The audio ends with Obumseli saying, ‘Stop hitting me!’

Bodycam footage shot the day before she stabbed her boyfriend shows Clenney begging and sobbing at the police to help her get a restraining order against her boyfriend.

Her lawyers are trying to allege that she stabbed him in self-defense and that she was visibly shocked and scared the day before when she accused him of stalking her.

This comes as footage of the couple in an elevator revealed Clenney punching her partner two months before he was stabbed to death.

Clenney was seen slapping and pulling Obumseli’s hair as he desperately tried to fend off her blows. But her lawyers say the poignant clip lacks context and that her actions were, in fact, reactionary.

The clips filmed April 2 showed the couple walking into the lobby of the Miami luxury high-rise where Clenney lived with Obumseli, where a doorman tells them there had been domestic violence.

Seen in a mugshot of her arrest, Clenney is charged with second-degree murder for fatally stabbing Obumseli, 27, in the chest while the two were arguing on April 3.

A tearful and visibly upset Clenney can be seen talking on her phone before asking the doorman to let her into the apartment after locking herself out.

She then explains that she broke up with Obumseli a week earlier and that her mother had come to stay with her to help her. However, she also claimed that he had been sleeping in her “elevator room” the entire time.

“I broke up with him… he slept in my elevator room on a couch, that’s stalking. He wouldn’t leave me alone,” she told the officers.

The scene in the bodycam footage is chaotic, with several people talking at the same time. At one point, Clenney, who is trembling, tries to get cops to listen to her.

Last month, the OnlyFans model’s 911 call after stabbing her boyfriend to death revealed how she sobbed “darling, I’m sorry” after stabbing him.

Clenney called police after stabbing Christian Obumseli on April 3, 2022.

It was the sad end to the young couple’s tumultuous relationship — just a day earlier, she’d called the police for trying to assault her.

The audio revealed how she begged paramedics to rush to the Miami apartment.

“Please, my friend is dying of a stab wound,” she begged over the phone.

She did not tell the operator that she had stabbed him, but sobbed to him that she was sorry.

In the background, Obumseli can be heard shouting, “I can’t feel my arm.”

Clenney is now in custody on a charge of first degree murder.

She insists it was self-defense and that Obumseli beat her regularly.

Her lawyer says the audio proves how distraught she was after stabbing him, and how determined she was to keep him alive.

“This isn’t someone who stabbed someone and didn’t care.

“Obviously you can tell by her emotions that she’s asking someone to come and help quickly,” her lawyer told The Miami Herald.

Obumseli’s family hears something different. They say it shows she intended to kill him but regretted it when the knife was stabbed in him.

“It shows her state of mind. She says she’s sorry because she realizes what she’s done. She doesn’t say, “I defended myself,” said his family’s attorney, Larry Hadfield.

On April 1, the police were called to the apartment complex.

Clenney told them that Obumseli had “stalked” her.

Bodycam footage of their interaction shows guards in buildings confirming her story and describing how Obumseli “came to her.”

Clenney was arrested in Hawaii earlier this year. She is currently in jail pending the start of her trial.

Clenney and Obumseli had been dating for less than two years and their relationship was tumultuous.

She was arrested for domestic violence in Las Vegas and police were called to their home in Austin, Texas several times.

The couple moved to Miami early this year and the staff and residents of the One Paraiso building where they lived reported multiple complaints of domestic violence about the couple and had even moved to evict them.

Obumseli’s brother was angry in April that she was not immediately charged for his death, saying it was “because of her “privilege” as a “rich white woman” and not because of her self-defense claim.

But in a statement on Instagram, the victim’s brother, Jeffrey Obumseli – and his family – wrote that they do not believe Clenney and are demanding that she be charged with murdering the brother he named Toby.

The model was caught on video just after the murder on her high-rise balcony covered in blood.

“The bottom line is inextricably clear: Courtney is treated differently because of her privilege as a rich white woman,” Jeffrey Obumseli wrote on Instagram.

“Within 24 hours of Toby’s death, the case investigator prematurely concluded that this was not a violent crime.”

During the investigation, Clenney posted X-rated content on her OnlyFans page since she allegedly killed her boyfriend.

X-rated content had appeared on her site a day after she killed Obumseli, but it’s unclear if it was scheduled to go live before the incident.

Almost a day after her arrest, Clenney’s page was deleted.
