Boy plunges off cliff near popular Sydney beach as paramedics scramble
A boy is currently being treated for head injuries after falling from a rock ledge in Queenscliff Beach on Wednesday afternoon.
A NSW Ambulance Service spokesperson said paramedics and a helicopter were called to Kiels Park near North Steyne Road at 3pm after receiving initial reports that a person had fallen from a height.
“Multiple ambulance crews responded, extracting the boy from the uneven area and moving him to flatter ground on the beach.” the spokesperson said.

“Multiple ambulance crews responded to the scene and the boy was removed from the rough area.” the spokesperson said
“The boy is currently being treated at the scene for head injuries.”
It is clear that the boy is 14 years old.
NSW Police were not called to the scene.
