A child has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Sydney.
Paramedics were called to Henry Street in Guildford, in the city’s west, after reports that a seven-year-old boy had been hit by a car at around 5.50pm on Saturday.
The boy suffered head and leg wounds and was treated at the scene by paramedics.
He was rushed to Westmead Children’s Hospital for further treatment.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
