Boy, 14, was told to ‘not look so bloody happy’ by his mum when he told his parents he’d lost his virginity to a female social media influencer, 46, court hears – as she faces sexual assault trial

A 14-year-old boy told his father he had lost his virginity to a woman more than three times his age after she drank three bottles of wine, a court has heard.

The boy’s father, who cannot be named for legal reasons, told the NSW District Court on Wednesday that he “popped in and said hello” to the boy and his mother on Sunday morning in June 2022 before starting the cooking breakfast. for the couple.

However, his good mood was quickly dashed by the boy’s mother, who told him to ‘stop being so damn happy’.

Then his 14-year-old son revealed that he had been sexually abused by a social media influencer more than three times his age.

“It’s a little vague to me, but I think it was something like, ‘I lost my virginity,'” the man told jurors.

‘Then he said, “It was with (the woman).” It was very shocking.’

The man said he was “in shock” and the boy’s mother “furious” after the minor’s revelation.

In contrast, he said his son was “anxious and upset” and “subdued and quiet” when he told his parents about the alleged assault.

The 46-year-old woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual intercourse with a child under 16.

She will fight the charges before a jury of eight men and four women.

On Monday, police alleged that the social media influencer had consumed at least three bottles of wine and was heavily intoxicated in the boy’s company one evening in early 2021.

Crown prosecutor Emma Blizard claims the social media influencer climbed into the boy’s bed at midnight and kissed him before having oral and penetrative sex with him.

However, her barrister Phillip Boulten SC told jurors the woman admitted kissing the teenager while drunk but denied going further.

Not long after the allegations came to light, the court heard the teenager’s parents took him to the police station to report the incident.

The father was questioned about his conversations with his son before the police interrogation, but he denied that he or anyone else had coached the teen on what to say to police.

“If anything, it would have just been ‘telling the truth,’” he said.

He told the court the 14-year-old boy disclosed the alleged assault after getting into trouble at school.

The father admitted he may have been disappointed, but insisted he was more concerned about his son’s mental health than his academic performance.

The court heard he believed the woman had been ‘drinking heavily’ in the months leading up to the alleged assault.

The boy’s father told the NSW District Court (pictured) that he “popped in and said hello” to the boy and his mother on a Sunday morning in June 2022 before starting to cook breakfast.

The court heard she was filmed doing an ‘erotic’ dance for the minor just hours before climbing into his bed around midnight.

When asked about a video of the woman dancing for the minor, he said the woman, whom he knows, is “always performing” and “loves to dance.”

The woman smiled and nodded at the description.

The trial continues Thursday before Judge Sarah Hopkins.
