Boxer Errol Spence Jr. escapes frightening car wreck with ’14-year-old who took parents’ car’

Spence did not appear to be injured in Saturday’s crash other than a sore leg.

Spence’s selfie video showed broken glass and crumpled metal, but not the other driver.

As Spence told DailyMail.com in April, that accident served as a wake-up call, and he has since bought a ranch in the Dallas area, where he, his twin daughters and son now enjoy life in the country.

Details of Saturday’s accident have not been released, but Spence appeared to be fine in his Instagram video.

But that doesn’t mean he was in a good mood.

“Thank God I didn’t have my kids on board,” Spence said. ‘Shit, I ain’t worried about no damn car. Son of a bitch hit me. He fucked up my leg. It’s crazy.’

It’s also unclear what Spence was driving, though he claimed his car was “bulletproof,” “heavy as hell,” and “all metal.”

Spence doesn’t remember the 2019 accident, but she has many haunting memories, including this photo of her facial lacerations.

Spence was driving “at high speed” before his 2019 accident, according to police. He was later charged with DWI.

The most aggravating part for Spence was his belief that the other driver was underage and driving without a license.

“This nigga is 14 years old and he took his parents’ car without them knowing,” one of Spence’s acquaintances said off-screen. ‘He doesn’t have a damn driver’s license.’

Spencer couldn’t believe it.

“That’s crazy,” he said. ‘The boy who hit me is 14 years old.

“I was going fast as fuck, but my car was bulletproof.”

The accident happened before Saturday’s fight between Terence Crawford and David Avanesyan, which boxing fans hope will be the prelude to a much-anticipated fight between Spence and Crawford.

The two unbeaten rivals have yet to meet, despite years of trash talk and contentious contract negotiations. They were supposed to fight in November, but Crawford has said that if they do meet, it will probably happen in 2023.
