Four-time world boxing champion Danny Green has proven he still looks every inch at age 50 after sharing training photos of himself on social media.

The retired pug, who has won 33 of his 38 professional fights in the ring, hasn’t been idle since hanging up the gloves and still takes his physical fitness very seriously if his age-defying physique is anything to go by.

Green posted several shirtless photos of himself on Instagram this week doing dips, alongside the comment, “Life begins at 50. Dips. Crazy way to stay strong.’

The West Aussie posts regularly on social media, often doing workouts he’s designed for his chain of UBX (pronounced ‘you box’) gyms.

“I designed the workouts to mirror what I did when I was fighting for world titles,” he wrote.

A typical workout consists of 12 rounds of boxing and strength training – six rounds of boxing exercises and six rounds of varied strength and conditioning exercises.

Green, who works out year-round with his workout routines, also believes that a fit body helps maintain a fit mind.

“Even on vacation, pushing my body is what drives me and keeps my mind strong,” says Green.

“I have been training hard since I was 13 years old. No bulls**t. No gimmicks. Just push yourself no matter your ability or condition.”

His impressive photos have not gone unnoticed online.
