A bottle store employee’s video on how young people can make the most of their alcohol budget has gone viral on TikTok with hundreds of thousands of views.
The straight-talking young woman, who works in the Cabramatta Bottler store in Sydney’s southwest, has advice that covers budget, alcohol content, flavors and even ego size.
Dressed in a black work T-shirt and speaking in a quick teenage banter, Koi proved she was an avid saleswoman in the clip posted on Wednesday.
“If you don’t know what kind of drink to bring to your party, I’ll help you out,” she said, before immediately withdrawing the legal drinking age.
‘Eighteen, are you going to your first party? You have to stick to the Absolut or the Smirnoff (vodka brands)… you don’t have enough money to buy the other crap,” she said, appealing to those on a budget.

To avoid confusion, the store placed a disclaimer under the video, stating that it “does not condone underage drinking.”
Koi’s manager Olivia told Daily Mail Australia that the bottle shop is very happy with the video.
“It’s great, she gives advice to younger and less experienced drinkers,” she said.
“She is expanding their knowledge about alcohol.”
But the younger legal drinking age cohort is unlikely to be hardened drinkers, so she advised on that as well.
“Speaking of 18-year-olds, it’ll be lightweight when you go to the party, so you’ll need some ciders,” Koi said.
“You can always go for the OG Cruisers, but my best advice is Divas.
“It has 8 percent alcohol, which is double that of a Cruiser, and it’s only $15 (for a four-pack).”
One commenter, however, was concerned that she was spilling a secret.
“No, don’t tell people about Divas,” they said.
Hating the taste of spirits is not a hindrance to her trying to sell you a few bottles.
“If you don’t like the taste of alcohol, Midori Illusion is the way to go,” Koi said.
“To me it just tastes like a really sweet lemonade and it’s the soul mate for a lightweight.”
However, one commentator disagreed, saying, “Midori doesn’t taste like sweet lemonade, it’s heartier.”

In case the video went too far to attract young men, Koi changed it.
“For the ladies, one of these Alizes (a mixture of vodka and brandy), mix it with some Sprite and you’re good to go,” she said.
Then she moved on to those with bigger budgets.
“If you’re going to your Asian uncle’s birthday party, buddy, spend some money.
“In my personal experience, I always go broke — Hennessy VSOP ($99.99) and a Martell Blue Swift ($104.99) is standard,” she said, naming two types of brandy.

“But if you have a little more money to spend and a bigger ego, go for the f****** (Hennessy) XO bro.”
Considering Hennessy XO costs $269.99 in her shop, it’s not for the faint of heart, but Koi assured viewers it would be well received.
“Every uncle loves them and when you party with the elderly you just have to learn how to build a high tolerance (to alcohol).
“They pull bottles out of nowhere, bro.”
She also had a solution for those who want to create the atmosphere of a bar at home or at a party.

“If you want your favorite shot from a bar, like a Wet P**** shot, we have a premixed shot for you so you don’t have to make it yourself.”
Koi concluded with the words ‘If this video is too long or if you want a part two, let me know.’
Judging by the 600+ comments the video got in one day, there will likely be a sequel.
Many commentators were intrigued by Koi’s voice, with one of them asking ‘is this a normal accent or will it be put on?’
Another poster’s response was that it’s a western Sydney accent.
Another who appreciated the video said the young woman is “Cabramatta’s best investment.”
