Bondi Junction shooting arrest: massive breakthrough in gangland killing of Alen Moradian
Two men have been arrested following an investigation into the gangland murder of Sydney’s Mr Big Alen Moradian.
The cocaine baron, 48, was shot dead while sitting in his car in an underground car park in Bondi Junction at around 8.30am on Tuesday June 27.
At 6am on Wednesday, cops raided a property in Yowie Bay, in Sydney’s south, where they arrested Luke “Fat boy” Sparos for the alleged murder.
Moradian and Sparos were close associates, with the latter apparently attending Moradian’s funeral in July.

Police will claim Sparos, 42, was the mastermind behind his former associate’s murder, according to The Daily Telegraph.
At the same time Sparos was being held in custody at Sutherland police station, police arrested a 31-year-old man at a property in Moorebank, in Sydney’s southwest.
He was taken to Liverpool police station, where he is expected to be charged with murder.
