Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment an Indiana woman threatened to behead local police officers for claiming to be a member of the Islamic State terror group.
“If you don’t get fired, f****** toast, ISIS will cut your f****** heads off,” 43-year-old Sierra Justice Malloy was heard telling officers responding to reports of arson outside a Spectrum cable store on Old Business Road in Evansville Sunday night.
Malloy told officers on the scene that they did not know who they were dealing with, as she allegedly admitted to taking down the company’s American flag, setting it on fire and replacing it with a green ISIS flag.
“You’ve been hit by terrorists at the worst time, you just don’t know it yet,” she tells police – who she accuses of “selling my kids to pedophiles” and keeping kids under government buildings to drink their blood.
Malloy was charged with flag desecration, harassment, criminal mischief and trespassing. She is being held at the Vanderburgh County Jail on $1,500 bond.
Sierra Justice Malloy, 43, was seen on body camera footage threatening to behead police officers in Evansville, Indiana, for claiming to be a member of ISIS
Here Evansville agents are seen tearing down the green ISIS flag she admitted to hanging outside a Spectrum cable store
Authorities say they first received a call from someone at the Spectrum cable store just after 9:45 p.m. on Sunday.
“The so-called advised grass was on fire about 6 to 10 feet from the building,” Officer Ed Kitzinger wrote in an affidavit obtained by the Evansville courier and press. ‘The fire brigade was already on site and the fire was extinguished.’
At 9:52 p.m., body cameras worn by police showed an officer approaching the scene, where Malloy was already handcuffed and a green flag was flying from the top of a flagpole.
Officers removed her personal belongings, telling them, “You were hit by terrorists at the worst time.”
Malloy continued to hurl a wave of insults and homophobic slurs at the officers in the heavily censored video as officers behind her took down the green flag.
At that point, she threatened to “cut your f****** heads off.”
‘My head?’ asks an officer.
“Yeah, he’s going to cut your heads off,” Malloy replies. ‘You don’t know who I am, do you? You’re going to discover who I am.’
One of the officers then asked Malloy if she follows Osama bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, to which Malloy says, “Maybe. Happy 9/11.’
“Yeah, you’ve been hit by terrorists at the worst time, you just don’t know it yet,” she continued. “Indeed, pay attention to what I tell you guys.”
She then accused the officers of “having children under these government buildings, abusing them and drinking their blood.”
She also said they’re “selling my kids to pedophiles,” which are all clear Q-Anon conspiracy theories.
Malloy continued to berate the officers as the officer whose camera was recording approached the green flag, now on the ground.
‘What is that?’ he asked.
“An Islamic flag,” his colleague replied.
“Oh, that’s an Islamic State flag?” he clarified.
“Yes, she’s ISIS,” you heard another agent say off screen.
“Yes, that’s right, I am indeed ISIS,” admits Malloy, to which the officer whose body camera is recording simply says, “huh.”

She apparently claimed on Facebook that she is the daughter of neo-Nazi Joseph Paul Franklin, a notorious serial killer in the 1970s, accusing the FBI of framing him
Many of the posts on the Facebook page for Lori D. Franklin were anti-Semitic, including this one featuring a swastika over a candle that read “Be the light.”
According to court documents obtained by the Courier and Press, Malloy further claimed that her ISIS handle is Lori D. Franklin.
A public Facebook account matching that name has a slew of anti-Semitic content and includes posts related to the Q-Anon movement, such as #SaveTheChildren and #KidsforCash.
She also claimed on the page that she is the daughter of neo-Nazi Joseph Paul Franklin, a notorious serial killer in the 1970s, accusing the FBI of framing him.
Other reports said whites are being attacked by integration into the United States and are calling for justice for the January 6 rioters.
‘I’ve lived long enough to see Americans leave Afghanistan with our enemies, the Taliban,” she wrote in an August post.
White Americans have been framed and killed by the government. We are now labeled domestic terrorists for just being white in America. #WhiteLivesMatter,” she claimed.
Another message also featured a swastika over a candle that read “Be the light.”
It is unclear whether Malloy has found lawyers who can speak on her behalf.
