There is no school like the old school, as they say, but these athletes show what the human body is capable of using traditional methods of bodybuilding.
The winners of this year’s 12th annual IBFA finals have been announced, featuring the most muscular Brits from across the country.
IBFA UK is a non-profit bodybuilding federation committed to ‘keeping the old-fashioned values of the sport alive’.
They organize numerous bodybuilding shows across the UK and cater to both amateurs and professionals in the sport.

This year we had 85 people attend, with people coming from all over the country, from Aberdeen to Exeter.
It was held at the Federation Brewery in Gateshead, Great Britain, on October 22, 2023.
The overall winners were Charles (Charlie) Barrett and Kelsey Yung, both of whom won “unique swords and trophies.” Mr Barrett also won £1,000 in prize money.
