Body of woman pulled from the water at Mornington Peninsula
A woman’s body has been recovered from the water after being swept from rocks.
The woman was walking with two other people near a boardwalk at Cape Schanck, off Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula, on Monday.
They were swept into the water and only two were able to return to shore.
Emergency services were called and a woman was lifted from the water at 12.15pm.
The woman’s death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the coroner.
