The body of a missing 42-year-old Georgia man is found rolled up in a plastic-covered rug in Baton Rouge, 11 days after he went missing while on a business trip.

The body of Georgia’s father of five who disappeared last month while on a business trip in Baton Rouge was found in a vacant lot and reportedly rolled up in a plastic-covered rug.
Nathan Millard, 42, was found dead around 3:34 a.m. Monday in the 2900 block of Scenic Hwy, about three miles from the pub where he was last seen, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Millard was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on February 23 at Happy’s Irish Pub on Third Street in downtown.
The cause of his death is unknown and will be determined by the East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner’s Office. Police said his death is under investigation.

Texas EquuSearch, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping find missing people, began its search last week and offered a reward of up to $10,000 for Milliard’s location.
A spokesman for the organization said 11 alive that police received a call from a passerby who called to report a foul odor in the vacant lot.
Millard’s remains were discovered rolled up in a rug, covered in plastic, it was reported.
The father of five from Walton County, Georgia, had traveled to Baton Rouge for what was supposed to be a 24-hour business trip, his wife Amber previously said.
But after a Louisiana State University basketball game and drinks at the pub with his client from work, Millard never returned to his hotel room, which was only a few steps away. The room was reportedly not disturbed and he did not show up for a meeting scheduled the next morning.
Surveillance footage was released last week showing Millard leaving the hotel with his work client the night he went missing. He is seen on the right wearing the baseball cap and black T-shirt.
Millard, a husband and father of five from Walton County, Georgia, had traveled to Baton Rouge for what was supposed to be a 24-hour business trip, his wife Amber said.

Milliard’s phone was found near her hotel and her debit card was used after she went missing.
Surveillance camera footage showed Millard leaving the Courtyard Marriott where she was staying that night with her work client.
Millard’s wife, Amber, previously told WSB TV that he had FaceTimed her that night from the LSU basketball game.
She said there was no text from him when she woke up the next morning, which was unusual for the family man.
Amber also said police told her they had surveillance video of a person withdrawing money from their debit card at an ATM near a Greyhound bus station.
Police said there is an ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made.
