Authorities found the bodies of three Michigan rappers in an abandoned Detroit apartment nearly two weeks after they went missing after canceling a concert in the city.

Armani Kelly, 28, Dante Wicker, 31, and Montoya Givens, 31, were discovered under rubble at vacant Northcourse Apartments in Highland Park Thursday around 6 p.m. The Detroit News informed.

The three disappeared on January 21 after their performance at Lounge 31 was canceled due to “technical issues.”

Last week, police found a car belonging to Kelly in the possession of a 15-year-old boy who was arrested. There were no signs of a struggle in the car. It is unclear if the teenager led to the discovery of the missing men.

They were discovered under rubble at the vacant Northcourse apartments in Highland Park on Thursday around 6 p.m.

Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw told the news outlet that the apartment where the bodies were found is not working.

“It’s supposed to be abandoned, but there are a lot of squatters there,” Shaw said.

Although Shaw would not confirm the identities of the three men, a source revealed them to The Detroit News.

Perrin said she grew increasingly concerned when the messages she sent her stopped coming around 7:30 p.m., and police said the phones of Kelly and the two men she was with hadn’t registered any activity since that night. .

Perrin launched a frantic search after Kelly stopped responding to him, including tracking his car using the OnStar vehicle security service.

After locating his car online, he saw that it had been driven to the town of Warren, about 15 miles from Detroit, where it had moved suspiciously three times in the days after it went missing.

The car was first tracked to a church two days after the canceled performance, before being moved to an apartment complex the next day.

The vehicle was eventually found in the parking lot of a different apartment by police four days later, with no trace of the three men.

Perrin said the car was discovered covered in mud and without a license plate.
