Bluey’s X-rated blunder: Viewers spot wild ‘Easter egg’ in beloved children’s cartoon

Bluey is Australia’s most loved children’s show and has enjoyed great success around the world.

One of the main reasons for its popularity is that parents can identify with the everyday family issues the dogs face.

And adults who watch the show also like to point out possible “X-rated easter eggs” in the series and debate whether the creators put them in on purpose or not.

In a Facebook fan group for adults who love the program, a fan pointed out a strange object in the background of an episode.

In the episode, Bluey’s mother sees Chilli take a dip in a pool.

But on the left side of the pool, eagle-eyed viewers spotted a strange-looking object.

Although it’s just a statue of a dog, adult viewers of the show thought it looked like something X-rated.

One fan who posted a screenshot of the episode to the Facebook group wrote, “Hope this is right… did I find my first tall dog????”

Longdogs are not X-rated items. They’re visual Easter eggs of sculpt dogs hidden in episodes, and fans enjoy discovering them.

While the original poster may not have seen anything strange in the post, others pointed it out.

One fan commented, “There are hidden things in the episodes. The seek-and-find freak in me now goes back and watches them all, just to find those long dogs.”

Another said, “Looks more like a long dong than a long dog.”

A third fan wrote, “I’m sorry, but I know I can’t be the only one who just sees a giant adult ‘LONG DOG’ when looking at the statue!”

While another said, ‘Ummm no. That looks like a long something else.’
