Blueface sentenced to 4 years in prison after being caught with drug paraphernalia during probation

Blueface was sentenced to four years in prison on Friday for violating his probation.

The 27-year-old rapper, born Johnathan Porter, was given the maximum sentence after he was caught with drug paraphernalia, violating the terms of his 2021 probation. TMZ reported.

His father Johnathan confirmed the news in an emotional video on social media after supporting his son in court.

“You can probably see the results in the way I look,” he said in a clip shared by TMZbefore he let out a scream. ‘They gave him four years. Stay strong.’

His mother Karlissa also addressed her fans: ‘If you were in the courtroom, you heard Johnathan take responsibility, you heard Johnathan sound like Johnathan.

“He’s in his right frame of mind,” she continued. “We didn’t get the verdict today that we wanted, but we did get some closure.

“We have made a new beginning and we all hope that this will go smoothly and quickly.”

Blueface’s manager Wack 100 expressed his optimism about the rapper will leave much sooner than four years, ideally within one year.

He estimates that Blueface will receive 440 days in jail, and that ideally the state of California will only make him serve a third of the remaining sentence.

“He got four years, 400-something days off,” Johnathan said. “That’s three years, he goes to the state… he’ll be home in nine to 10 months.”

Blueface was on probation for assault charges in September 2021, following an altercation with a Los Angeles nightclub bouncer.

The Find the Beat artist was also placed on probation after settling charges for a 2022 Las Vegas strip club shooting.

In January, Blueface was sentenced to six months in prison for another probation violation, when he pushed a fan to the ground during a performance and shouted, “Get her!” at his entourage.

Two weeks later, a judge in Las Vegas ordered him to turn himself in, even though he was already in custody, after violating his probation there as well.

Blueface’s sentencing follows the extradition of his girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, to the Northeast Oklahoma Community Corrections Center on charges the court found that she possessed dangerous narcotics with the intent to sell.

He and Rock, 24, have an 11-month-old son Chrisean Jesus Jr. together.
