Blueface is being sued for defamation by a woman who shares a child with fellow rapper Soulja Boy.
The lawsuit filed by Jackilyn Martinez, who accused the musician, 26 – against whom has been charged attacking a fan during a show in Salt Lake City – of making false and defamatory statements about her and her child.
Martinez, who shares a one-year-old son with Soulja Boy, whose legal name is Deandre Cortez Way, filed the suit in Los Angeles after Blueface claimed he had sex with Martinez the day before her baby shower and that he was the Tyke's father.
“I fucked your baby mama the day before your baby shower,” he claimed on social media, while advising the BET Hip Hop Award winner to “get a DNA test done,” claiming, “that's my child, little brother. I'm the daddy now.'
The court papers admit that Martinez had unprotected sex in 2018 with Blueface, whose legal name is Johnathan Jamall Porter, but “There is zero chance that the defendant is the biological father of the plaintiff's child,” documents obtained by Rolling stone.

The court documents also allege that after Martinez's attorneys sent Blueface a cease and desist letter, he doubled down and wrote, “Nobody ever said your name…I don't even know who you are.”
As a result, the young mother said she received death threats. “We will shoot you,” read one message in the complaint.
“When you're in the grave, I'll make sure your baby Alr (okay)” was another threat in the lawsuit.
“Plaintiff has serious concerns about herself and the safety and well-being of her child, and Plaintiff is extremely nervous and afraid to go outside and/or be in public,” Martinez's filing said.
She also claimed that Blueface's comments make her appear “promiscuous” and “disloyal to the father of her child.”
The lawsuit also described the interaction as an attempt by the disrespectful rapper to promote his career by “engaging in a feud” with Soulja Boy.
Her claims include defamation, false light, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence.
Martinez demands actual damages. She is also seeking reimbursement of her attorney's fees and a permanent injunction from the judge barring Blueface from defaming her.
The Bop rapper was placed on probation in October when he pleaded guilty to battery following a shooting incident at a Las Vegas strip club in 2022.
He could face two to five years behind bars if the musician is found to have violated the terms of his probation after the Utah incident.
Martinez denies Blueface's claims, claiming in court filings that the comments made her appear “promiscuous” and “disloyal to the father of her child.”
