And Alex Scott also had all eyes on her as she left the soiree when she almost tripped outside London’s Kensington Roof Gardens on Tuesday night.
The sports expert, 40, who transformed her image with a preppy red wig, was unsteady on her feet as she walked out of the venue after mingling with a host of A-listers.
Alex cut an androgynous look in a structured black velvet blazer with huge shoulder pads and showed off her long legs in sheer tights.
She wore a white shirt under the blazer and silver dangling earrings as she walked the red carpet.
The annual event brought together actors, filmmakers, athletes, journalists, musicians, artists and writers to celebrate those who helped shape the industry.

The publication, which also released a special December edition, recognizes those who “break the rules, change the game and take their piece of culture to another level.”
Jude Law, Nicole Kidman, Kobbie Mainoo, Cole Palmer and Central Cee, who all star in their own front covers, co-hosted the star-studded ceremony.
Both Cole and Kobbie topped the sporting category after the pair enjoyed stellar seasons at club level and played a role in England reaching the final of the 2024 European Championship.
Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty OBE and Paralympic tennis player Alfie Hewett are also recognised.
Other accolades include TV Stars; Kit Harington, Richard Gadd from Baby Reindeer, Adrien Brody, Naomi Ackie, Louis Partridge, Bad Sisters Eve Hewson, Ewan Mitchell and Ambika Mod from One Day.
The band Fontaines DC, designer and artist Slawn, American playwright Jeremy O.Harris, film director Steve McQueen, music producer AG Cook, writer Armando Iannuci and DJ Nia Archives will also be awarded.
Rapman, Marco Capaldo, Creative Director of Tom Ford Haider Ackermann have also been honored.

Earlier in the evening, Alex showed off her striking red wig and androgynous ensemble as she posed up a storm on the red carpet with fellow footballer Leah Williamson.
It was a bold departure from her typical look, with fans used to seeing Alex warm and with her natural brunette locks wrapped up as she commented on matches (pictured last month)
Last month Alex said she is now ‘in the best place’ at 40, but admitted it wasn’t always easy as she described her struggles with rejection.
Speak with Hungry magazine, she explained: ‘Sometimes people only see the end process, but not what it took.
‘The rejection, the people who didn’t think I was good enough because of my accent and so on.
“That constant urge to prove people wrong has always been there with that young girl in Poplar.”
Looking back on her younger self, she added, “That young Alex in the cage, she had dreams.
‘She wanted to see the world.
“She saw there was a bigger picture and she didn’t want to be stuck in that football cage and think this was her life.”
Alex signed for Arsenal when she was just eight years old and later became their captain.
After making 140 appearances in the Women’s Super League, the star retired from football in September 2017.
She then started putting her expertise to good use from the presenting chair at BBC Sport runways at the Women’s World Cup.
