Blanca Blanco shares diet tips for 2025 as she embraces the 30-30-30 rule to lose 10lbs in one month
Bombshell Blanca Blanco has managed to maintain her curves as she enters her second decade as an actress in Hollywood.
And now she has told DailyMail.com what her latest diet hack for 2025 is, which will help her lose 10 pounds in one month.
The Eye For Eye actress embraces the 30-30-30 rule.
This rule encourages you to eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up and then do 30 minutes of low-intensity exercise.
“It’s quite easy to do, but you have to keep an eye on the clock because before you know it an hour has passed,” Blanca told DailyMail.com.
‘I have more energy when I eat proteins in the morning. When I was young, I started my day with a croissant, which made me feel sluggish. Proteins like eggs or turkey bacon are a better choice.”
And Blanca has also said that she is careful about the grains she eats.
She prefers whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal and whole wheat bread to refined grains like white bread and pasta.

“The whole grains make me feel full longer,” Blanca said.
She was last seen wearing a skimpy red string bikini with diamond accents while in Malibu in images shared exclusively to DailyMail.com in late December.
The Finding Nicole star by Washington State showed off her abs and long, lean legs while on the sandy beach.
The red carpet wore her dark hair in waves and nude-toned makeup during a Filip Shobot shoot for DailyMail.com.
And she looked very toned thanks to the daily Pilates workouts.
This comes after Blanca told DailyMail.com she would never use diabetes drug Ozempic to lose weight as she would rather ‘sweat it out at the gym’ rather than rely on the drug.
“I know Ozempic works wonders for people suffering from diabetes, it is a miracle cure for some, but I wouldn’t use it to lose weight,” Blanca said.
‘I don’t judge people who do that, I know it’s incredibly challenging to lose weight.
‘It’s just not for me, because I feel like I can diet and exercise to maintain the weight I want.

‘But I also have to admit that I’m lucky, my metabolism is quite fast, so I have it easier than a lot of people. Everyone should do what is good for him or her and, above all, be healthy.’
Staying in shape is important to the actress, as she tells DailyMail.com she has learned a new way of exercising.
She does strength training instead of intensive cardio – and she does this both at home and in the gym.
‘As we get older, we lose muscle mass; that’s called sarcopenia. So it is important to maintain muscle mass,” she told DailyMail.com.
Sarcopenia is a condition that causes a progressive loss of muscle mass, strength and quality in older adults.
And Blanca has also said that she is careful about the grains she eats. She prefers whole grains like quinoa, brown rice, oatmeal and whole wheat bread to refined grains like white bread and pasta
‘If you maintain muscle mass, you not only look better, but you also move better and the risk of injuries is smaller.’
She added, “So I’ve been focusing on mobility, strength and stability. It’s so easy to do, I have free weights at home and at the gym I use the machines. It’s a must for me now.’
She also lost 5kg earlier this year by giving up meat and is eating fish and chicken instead.
‘I think it’s been really good for my waist as my dresses are all loose now!’ she told DailyMail.com. “And I don’t miss the steaks, they’re sometimes too tough.”
