Blanca Blanco displays her incredible figure in a hot pink bikini while at the Cannes Film festival… after sharing her 10-minute workouts
Eye For Eye actress Blanca Blanco was spotted on the beach in Cannes, France this weekend.
The star attended the Cannes Film Festival, where she premiered the film Second Act on Tuesday.
The Tale Of Tails star was also spotted in a pink string bikini as she enjoyed some down time by the seaside. The two-piece swimsuit was bright pink in color and featured an ivory flower on the top and bottoms.
The TV and movie star wore her long chocolate locks in soft curls and had minimal makeup on with hoop earrings.
“Morning swim,” the movie star — who was in the Caribbean in February — wrote in her caption, adding a dolphin emoji.
Earlier this year, the Breaking The Mold author also exclusively told DailyMail.com what her latest workout hack is.
“On days when I’m feeling lazy, I split my workouts into two 10-minute workouts a day,” she said. ‘I know it sounds strange, but if you walk on the treadmill for ten minutes, you will sweat. So I do that in the morning. Later in the day I do another 10 minutes of sit-ups. So that’s a 20-minute workout. It really helps and if you do it every day you can lose a pound a week.’

She said she’s just like everyone else when it comes to workout burnout.
“A lot of people think I like going to the gym, and the truth is sometimes I really don’t because sometimes I’d like to stay at home and watch Netflix,” she told DailyMail.com.
‘Normally I train an hour a day, five days a week. I do it for my mental health because it makes me feel so positive. Even those two ten-minute workouts give me a boost and get my endorphins soaring.”
She added that there are other workouts that she doesn’t consider workouts.
“I walk around my neighborhood for an hour every day, and I know I burn calories, but I really don’t consider that a workout,” said the siren, who went to her first Emmy Awards this year.
‘I do it to get away from my computer and TV, just to relax and look at the trees and say hello to the neighbours, it’s very healthy. I don’t know why more people don’t do it. Just put on a pair of sneakers, go outside and watch the sunset and let all the pressure of the day melt away.”
Last year, the star, who will next play therapist Alma Gomez in the film Ash And Bone 2, also shared with DailyMail.com her diet secrets for 2023 that are saving her money.

Blanca said staying slim has a lot to do with the timing of meals.
‘I never eat late at night, this is a golden rule I adopted this summer. I stop eating around 6pm so my body can digest what I ate before I go to sleep.
‘So no more late night popcorn bowls or granola bars. The late night snacks are gone. If I’m super hungry, I chop up some veggies and add olive oil and sea salt. But usually I just wait until breakfast to eat.
‘It also saves money. Because sometimes I would go to Go Greek in the evening and buy frozen yogurt to treat myself. I don’t do that anymore.
‘I’ve pretty much given up desserts at night. Sometimes after dinner I would order a fancy dessert that cost about $14. Not anymore. Sometimes those desserts at nice restaurants can cost a fortune! I once ordered a chocolate dessert that cost $22. It wasn’t worth it – too expensive and 1,000 calories.
‘If I want something sweet, I have decaffeinated coffee with some honey.’

The star told DailyMail.com that she is currently following the Mediterranean Diet. “It’s high in protein, so there aren’t a lot of carbohydrates that turn into sugar once they’re metabolized,” she said.
‘It just takes a lot of fresh vegetables, so I always run to the supermarket.’
Research has shown that the Mediterranean diet beats low-fat diets when it comes to weight loss.
A systematic review shows that switching from an omnivorous diet to a plant-based diet helps the majority of people lose weight, possibly due to the increase in fiber intake and the reduction of animal protein in favor of plant protein. published in Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity: Targets and Therapy in 2020.
In June, Blanca talked about sports.
“I try to exercise for an hour a day five days a week,” said the Mission: Possible star.
‘Cardio and strength training are crucial. I use weights to stay in shape. Ten pound dumbbells are great for toning.
‘Some weeks are a challenge to maintain the routine. I try to be kind to myself when I can’t do a routine, and know that even one day or five minutes of exercise a day is 100% better than nothing.
‘I sometimes walk around my neighborhood for fifteen minutes if I don’t have time to go to the gym.
“I also have a walking app, so walking to the car or going to the gas station helps, all things considered.”
And she has some diet tricks too.
‘I eat grilled food over fried food. It is healthier for the heart and it lowers cholesterol.
‘High cholesterol is in my family gene. So I try to work on what I can, that is within my control. I like fries, so that’s not easy sometimes.’
And she excludes meat and sugar.
‘For two months now I have decided to live a pescatarian lifestyle, which is a temporary change.
‘That means no meat, no chicken and only seafood. I love fish so this works for me. At restaurants I often order grilled salmon with a vegetable.
‘I also don’t eat sugar, so no desserts, no cake, no ice cream, no thanks! It’s just not worth it to me. Every time I eat dessert, I have to exercise for another hour and that’s too much time.
‘I only eat sugar from fruit, which is great because I love apples and strawberries.
‘I think it is important to detoxify the body every now and then and also to shock the metabolism. I feel less bloated, more regular and have more energy.’
And she says the advice to drink more water really works.
‘Not only is it good for our organs, but I notice it also helps my skin. Goodbye pimples. The best way to know if we drink enough is to divide your body weight by two. The result is the number of grams we need for that day.’
And she also shared that reducing stress is also very helpful in weight loss. “Take it one day at a time,” said the star who grew up in Washington state. Stress can get in our way, but every little step we take makes a difference. Keep it simple! Be kind to yourself.’
