Blake Lively is officially back at work on the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's 2016 best-selling novel It Ends With Us.
Now that the Hollywood strikes are over — and she's had baby number four — the 36-year-old Gossip Girl alumna is putting on the frizzy red wig again to get into the character of Lily Bloom.
The film was originally scheduled for release on February 4, but the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes halted production for months.
Blake wore her character's boho-inspired costume, including patchwork jeans and a floral jacket with bright yellow sleeves, on set in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Justin Baldoni, 39, who acquired the rights to the book, plays Lily's husband Ryle Kincaid and directs the film.

It Ends With Us marks Blake's return to the big screen in four years. Her latest project, The Rhythm Section, was released in 2020.
The film began shooting last spring in Hoboken, New Jersey. It tells the story of Lily, who moves to a new town after college to open a flower shop and falls in love with a wealthy doctor named Ryle.
Her happiness doesn't last long when Ryle becomes violent and abusive and her childhood sweetheart Atlas, who she hasn't quite gotten over yet, returns to her life.
Hoover previously revealed that It Ends With Us is “the hardest book I've ever written” because it is based on the relationship between her parents.
As of 2019, the book has sold more than 1 million copies worldwide and has been translated into more than 20 different languages.
The book gained renewed popularity in late 2021 thanks to TikTok's #BookTok community.
In the time since 2019, the book had been published in 43 languages.
It Ends With Us was the best-selling print book of 2022 and stayed on the New York Times Best Seller List for more than 90 weeks.

Hoover is the best-selling author in the United States with more than 20 million books sold, and her sequel to It Ends With Us, called It Starts With Us, will be released in October 2022.
Baldoni – who is best known for his role in Jane the Virgin – optioned It Ends With Us in 2019 through his Wayfarer Entertainment company, with author Hoover consulting on the film.
Christy Hall (creator of Netflix's I Am Not Okay With This) is writing the screenplay adaptation and also producing.
Both Lively and Hoover serve as executive producers. A release date has not yet been announced.
