Her appearance in New York City comes after Blake was recently supported by her mother-in-law when she attended a surprise screening of her new film, It Ends With Us, in Grapevine, Texas on Sunday.
The star embraced her husband Ryan’s mother Tammy Reynolds at the movie event, which was held at the AMC Grapevine Mills 24 movie theater, a family affair.
The actress, who plays Lily Bloom in the upcoming film, an adaptation of novelist Colleen Hoover’s book, looked incredible as she tucked a white tank top into a pair of floral-print denim jeans.
The mother of four added inches to her frame with a pair of pointy heels and adorned with large earrings and wore three gold bracelets.
Tammy looked stylish in a blue skirt, white T-shirt and a matching sweater tied around her shoulders.
Tammy has occasionally been seen supporting her son Ryan, such as recently when he received the 36th American Cinematheque Award.
Her husband and Ryan’s father James was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease when the Marvel star was a teenager. He unfortunately passed away in 2015.
Blake first met her actor husband Ryan in 2010 when they filmed the film adaptation of Green Lantern together.

The couple – who now have four children together – started dating in 2011 and tied the knot a year later at Boone Hall Plantation in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
Blake was also joined at the screening by co-stars Brandon Sklenar, Isabela Ferrer and author Colleen Hoover.
The stars appeared to be in high spirits as they posed for photos in the cinema before speaking to fans.
It Ends With Us – also starring Justin Baldoni and Jenny Slate – will hit theaters later this summer on August 9.
Blake told last week Entertainment tonightt at Book Bonanza: ‘Some people will always like a book better than a movie and some people will like a movie better than the book…
“But I think we just did our best to honor the book and the fans, and I think we really created something that works on its own,” she revealed.
“If you don’t know the book, the movie works. I don’t think it’s possible that if you read the book and see the movie, you wouldn’t be excited. We really worked hard on that.”

‘I also believe that if you saw the movie and then read the book, you wouldn’t think, “Wait a minute, this isn’t like [the other]’You can do both. I think they’re both very beautiful.’
‘I first saw it with my mother, who was the inspiration for the story. Words are not enough to express how wonderful this whole experience is.’
Blake later said of the novel, “This story spoke to so many people, so it comes with a great responsibility.”
“You want to honor this book and this character that people love so much, but you also want to bring a life and a humanity to it that is true to who you are. There are a lot of different things you want to achieve in this story.”
The actress said she was “proud” of the film and “proud to be here and share it with Colleen and the fans. It’s just so special. It was such an honor to go up against Lily, and I’m so proud.”
