Blake Lively was spotted walking a coffee shop in New York City on Thursday afternoon.
The 35-year-old performer seemed to make the most of her outing as she pushed her daughter Betty, three, into a pram with her right hand while holding a cup.
The actress, who was seen with husband Ryan Reynolds earlier this week, welcomed a fourth child to her family earlier this year.
Lively wore a white tank top under a matching button-down jacket as she stepped outside.
The Gossip Girl star also wore dark beige wide-leg sweatpants and trainers that matched the color of her outerwear.

The actress wore fashionable sunglasses and two necklaces.
Her gorgeous blonde locks were tied up in a loose bun for the duration of her outing.
Lively and Reynolds, 46, first met while working on the 2011 feature film Green Lantern, in which they starred together.
The actress was previously in a relationship with her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley, and the actor was married to Scarlett Johansson from 2008 to 2011.
The artist eventually moved on with the Deadpool star and they got married in September 2012 after dating for just under a year.
Lively and Reynolds started a family in 2014 with the birth of their eldest daughter James, aged seven.
They then brought Inez, age six, and Betty into their lives in 2016 and 2019 respectively.
The fourth child of the happy couple, whose name and gender have not been revealed to the public so far, was born last February.

Lively previously spoke about how becoming a mom boosted her confidence during an interview with Forbes.
The actress said, “I think having kids made me feel so much better about myself.”
The artist went on to discuss how starting a family had left her grounded in unexpected ways.
“I’ve never felt more like myself, more comfortable in my own body or more confident — not to say a whole bunch of insecurities don’t come crashing down on me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled,” said she.
