Black Friday starts November 7 at Walmart – here’s all you need to know

Walmart has announced its plans for Black Friday 2022 as the holiday season approaches. The shopkeeper announced in a press release (opens in new tab) that it will be bringing back its weekly “Black Friday Deals for Days” events throughout November with major deals on electronics, home, toys, clothing and more, as well as popular brands such as Apple, Dyson and Lego.
It will work like this. A new batch of Walmart Black Friday deals will launch every Monday at 7pm ET in November and will remain available all week – or until supplies run out. The one exception is the fourth and final event on November 28, the retailer’s grand finale: a one-day Cyber Monday sale. You can find them all on Walmart’s special sales page (opens in new tab).
Walmart Black Friday Deals for Days: Important Dates
- Event 1: Begins Nov. 7 at 7:00 PM ET (Walmart Plus Early Access from 12:00 PM ET)
- Event 2: Begins Nov. 14 at 7pm ET (Walmart Plus Early Access from 12pm ET)
- Event 3: Begins Nov. 21 at 7:00 PM ET (Walmart Plus Early Access from 12:00 PM ET)

Walmart has promised significant preparations over the holiday season to ensure inventory is strong and popular deals stay in stock for longer. That said, if you want to make sure you grab the bargains for everyone, there’s another early access period for all of these Black Friday Deals for Days events for Walmart Plus members.
The retailer has even extended early access time to seven hours this year. That is an increase from four hours last year. That means subscribers have around the digital aisles every Monday from noon ET to 7:00 pm ET, while the others line up at the online storefront. That’s useful if there are some gifts you definitely want to secure and avoid the dreaded out-of-stock messages.
