Bizarre photo of Elon Musk kissing a ROBOT leaves the internet baffled – but all is not as it seems

Elon Musk has made a name for himself when it comes to weird behavior, from trying to end Russia’s war on Ukraine to spreading covid plots.

And now a bizarre photo of him kissing a robot has stunned the internet.

Musk’s photos with various female humanoids have been doing the rounds on social media, but all is not as it seems.

David Marven, CEO of a construction company, shared the footage online asking, “Elon Musk announces the future wife, who is she?”

The photos come after footage of Musk’s humanoid Optimus robot – labeled a “cringe” at its unveiling in September – now managed to jump.

Mr. Marven wrote, “It is the first robot specially crafted, designed with artificial intelligence, with the personality and features of the woman he dreams of…normal person who has all the required specifications.”

He went on to describe how “Catnilla” is a solar-powered robot that doesn’t require charging and is “equipped with sensory assets that make her feel sad and happy.”

“She has a balanced and interactive way of thinking… so she can share it when she is in crisis or the feelings she experiences or needs when exposed to psychological stress,” Mr Marven added.

But then he revealed that the strange images were in fact created using artificial intelligence.

Mr Marven said the purpose of his post was to ‘clarify the dangers of AI’.

“Especially after Tesla Company released the first integrated robot “Optimus,” he added.

Twitter users went wild over the photos, with one writing, “The Black Mirror trailer just dropped.”

Another user shared his concerns about AI by tweeting, “This post clarifies one of the dangers of AI – it is used to generate images like this to fool people into thinking they are real.”

However, some were jealous of Musk’s robotic power, as another user wrote, “Where’s the male version. I used to play to get robot man. Does all the chores, never argues and has all the necessary settings [laughing emoji].’

Last week, Tesla released a clip of five of its Optimus robots jumping — a stark departure from the initial reveal of the $20,000 prototype, which was criticized by pundits.

The robots can walk, pick things up and perform simple tasks.

However, the billionaire’s CEO called them “companions.”

Optimus was intended to be the star for Tesla’s AI Day presentation in September, as Musk claimed it would be “a fundamental transformation for civilization as we know it.”

But robot experts slammed the prototype.

“None of this is advanced,” tweeted Cynthia Yeung, head of product at plus One Robotics. “Hire some PhD students and go to some robotics conferences @Tesla.”

The funny bot also failed to impress AI researcher Filip Piekniewski, who tweeted that it was “next level cringeworthy” and a “complete and utter scam.”

Optimus has Wi-Fi and LTE connectivity and runs on the company’s autopilot software. Both the hands and knees are inspired by those of humans.

Tesla claims that Optimus can carry a 20-pound bag in one hand and has optimized joints.
