Bizarre moment streaker, 42, shoots a cannonball NAKED into Alabama Bass Pro shopping pond after 'intentionally' crashing his car outside during nervous breakdown

This is the bizarre moment a streaker shoots a naked cannonball into the pond of an Alabama Bass Pro shop.

Brian Owens, 42, faces public indecency, resisting arrest, assault, criminal mischief and reckless endangerment charges in Leeds at 9pm on Thursday.

Footage circulating online shows it in full — after a completely naked Owens allegedly fired a cannonball from the top floor of the Bass Pro Shop into the aquarium.

The videos then show Owens, while still treading water, getting into a shouting match with officers arriving on the scene. He hangs over the edge and eventually throws himself over the edge onto the cement floor, leaving him unconscious.

The police get into a fight with Owens as he wakes up, and do everything they can to cuff him.

As the still-exposed suspect begins to stew, a bystander hands him a blanket. The footage stops there, but officers said he was then put in a police car and hospitalized. He was given a short prison sentence but has been released on bail.

Leeds Police Chief Paul Irwin on Friday explained how the incident happened, while also revealing that Owens' family had told him he suffers from a mental illness.

The top cop said the suspect's incident started when he “intentionally hit a pole” in the parking lot of the Bass Pro establishment while riding in a car with his family inside.

That's when he rushed into the store to perform his “cannonball” jump, Irwin explained — culminating in him standing under the episode's waterfall before being reprimanded by responding officers.

Owens actually left the water at that point to yell at two officers, Irwin said, before diving back in to urge them on.

The suspect then became combative and adamantly resisted the officers' demands, Irwin said.

“He was very erratic and said a lot of nasty things to the officers,” Irwin said Fox news of one of the filmed conversations between Owens and the arresting officers.

The debate over whether or not he would get out of the water would continue, Irwin said — until Owens suddenly decided to climb over the edge of the enormous aquarium, then descend several feet to the floor below.
