Bizarre moment Putin appears to forget which wrist he wears his watch on sparks new claims he uses a body double

This is the bizarre moment when Vladimir Putin seems to forget which wrist he wears his watch on, sparking new claims that he uses a body double.

Footage shows the Russian president looking at his left arm during a meeting of the Russian Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.

The dictator seems perplexed when he doesn’t find the watch there, as he has always worn his timepieces on his right wrist.

Later in the meeting, the Kremlin leader is seen taking off his watch – believed to be a £12,500 Russian-made Raketa – and fiddling with it in his hands.

Perhaps the 70-year-old is preoccupied with the war or becoming forgetful.

But Telegram broadcaster General SVR claims that an ailing Putin now permanently uses a doppelganger – a doppelgänger – for public appearances like this – and suggests that the doppelgänger simply forgot that the dictator usually wore his watch on the “wrong wrist.”

“After reading a voluminous speech … the understudy was frankly bored,” the channel said.

It is alleged that he “tried to give the appearance of active work, diligently wielded a pen, wrote some nonsense on his papers,” and scribbled “squiggles,” not forgetting to “cough and growl to imitate the president.”

“But after about 55 minutes, the understudy was embarrassed,” it added.

The doppelgänger completely forgot that Putin wears a watch on his right hand, and out of habit raised his left hand to check the time.

“Finding no watch there, he lowered it in embarrassment.”

The Kremlin’s own clip of this removed this blunder, the channel says.

The Putin student then removed the watch and began putting it on his left wrist before closing the meeting, according to the channel, which has long claimed the dictator is terminally ill.

“The real Putin would NEVER try to see the time on the hand when he is not wearing a watch, and would not be surprised by the lack of a watch on his left hand, as he always wears it on his right,” the spokesman said. channel listed.

And of course he wouldn’t try to remove the watch from the right and move it to the left.

The president has worn a watch on his right hand for years.

“And his double has always been worn on his left, and only when portraying does the president wear a watch on his right.”

The channel calls Putin “the most famous illusionist in the world.”

It says, “Nobody’s ever had such tricks with doubles.”

Political analyst Dr. Valery Solovey, a former Putin professor at Moscow’s prestigious Institute of International Relations, a training school for spies and diplomats, claimed today that the Russian president had not been seen in person since an Aug. 7 session with his former KGB. friend Sergei Zhemezov, now CEO of Rostec.

Putin was too ill to run in Russia’s March 2024 presidential election, he said.

He added, “He can barely get out of bed and has a hard time getting dressed.”

He claimed Western leaders were well aware of his ailing health.

He said, “President Putin… simply won’t be able to participate in the elections… physically won’t be able to.

“President Putin cannot put on his own pants without outside help, let alone participate in elections.

“And if he puts them on without outside help, he must rest afterwards.

“He’s in such terrible physical condition, it’s getting worse.

“It’s literally getting worse by the day…”

The outlook was bleak, he said.

“In all public appearances, the president is now replaced by a doppelgänger, a so-called double,” he said.

It sometimes contained “comics errors,” he claimed, as with the watch.

Western governments know very well that President Putin will be replaced by double…

“It is known by leaders of all major countries around the world, but everyone turns a blind eye.

‘Why?

“After all, this is the business of these strange Russians, let them do their thing and fool their own people…”

Putin refused to fly to South Africa this week for a BRICS summit.

He will soon be in Turkey, but it seems that Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will now visit Russia.

Solovey says the real Putin is too sick to travel abroad, while Erdogan has warned him not to send his doppelgänger to Ankara.

“Erdogan has constantly asked Putin not to send a dime for meeting with him,” he said.

“And because Putin himself cannot go to Turkey, simply not, Erdogan is willing – out of respect for the seriously ill, dying – to visit Russia.”

Russian Orthodox Patriarch Kirill – a close ally of Putin – last month incorrectly addressed the dictator as “the highly esteemed Vladimir Vasilyevich,” before correcting himself by renaming him Vladimir Vladimirovich.

Solovei has claimed that Vasilyevich is the patronymic of the doppelgänger.
